Pros:

金額はお得感があり、スタッフの方の対応にも特に問題はありませんでした。

Cons:

2泊しましたが、1日目のフェイスタオルの一つがカビだらけでした。かけられている表側はきれいだったので、使った後に気がついてとても不快でした。折りたたまれて隠れているところだけにカビが生えてたので、長い時間かけっぱなしだったのでしょうか。
気付いたのが夜中、次の日も朝5時すぎには出発だったため、直接クレームを伝えることはしませんでしたが、改善された方がよいと思います。

全体として、安心して泊まれました
Pros:

朝食、山形は観光で食べ歩くのも難しい土地だったので、ホテルの朝食で色々と土地の食べ物を楽しめて良かったです。朝食スタッフさんも明るく送り出してくれて元気出ました。

Cons:

お部屋の清掃、普段使っていないお部屋だからお安くとめさせてもらったのかな…ちょっと、と思って連泊の間の日にも清掃希望しましたが、品物の補充、交換やベッドメイクは綺麗に整えられていますが、お部屋の隅などの掃除機がけやクモの巣取りをしてほしいと思いました。

お得に満足！！
Pros:

お部屋が広めでゆったりと過ごせました。部屋置きのコーヒーメーカーと美味しいコーヒーが最高でした！
遅めの到着でしたが、スタッフさんが近くの飲食店情報を親切丁寧に教えてくださり、有難かったです。

泊まってよかったと思います。
Pros:

ロビーの絵画や彫刻などアートな雰囲気が良いと思っています。
部屋の広さもゆったりいていて、ゆっくりできました。
