Pros:

スタッフの方のホスピタリティーの高さに感動しました。急な延泊について問い合わせしたところ、繁忙期にも関わらず、なんとか同じお部屋で延泊出来るよう奔走してくださったようです。結局延泊はしませんでしたが、ご配慮いただいたことが大変嬉しく、また信頼出来るホテルだと感じました。
数十年前、従姉妹がこちらで結婚式を挙げた思い出とご縁もあり、山形を訪れる際には是非また伺いたいと思います。

Cons:

ポットでお湯を沸かそうとしたところ、近くのコンセントに届かずポットを移動して使用しました。できればそのまま使えたら便利だと思います。（鏡の前の台はお化粧品や何やらでいっぱいになってしまうため）
ですが、人気のコーヒーメーカーがありとても良かったのと、こちらは近くのコンセントが使える長さで美味しく頂けて良かったです。

親子でゆっくりできて良かった
Pros:

部屋が広くて朝食が美味しい

Lovely
Pros:

I have stayed here several times over the past decade when I go back to Yamagata to visit friends.

It is in a convenient location. It is comfortable. It has a lovely view of the mountains. The staff is helpful. They have laundry facilities. Overall a lovely place to stay.

この価格でお得でした。次もあるかな
Pros:

建物は古いけど気持ちが良かった。商店街で便利。駐車場も入れやすかった。朝食も問題なく美味しいです。部屋にお水がありました。助かります。良いホテルだと思います。
