宿泊は良かったが朝食の接客はイマイチ
Pros:

山形市に昔からある高級ホテル。今回Booking.Comで特別価格オファーを見てすごく期待してチェックイン。フロントの対応は良かったし部屋もそこそこ広く落ち着ききがあり古い割には綺麗だった。

Cons:

朝食はクチコミで評価が高かったので非常に期待していた。朝降りて空いているソファー席に座ろうとしたところ「お客様はこちらです」と別パーティーションの番号札の付いた仮設テーブルに通された。他に団体ツアー客もいないのに隔離されせっかくの高揚感が吹き飛んだ。ウェイトレス同士のおしゃべりや笑い声もマイナス。団体客と分けビジネス客を大切にしたいとの思いがあるのだろうか。素泊まりにして朝食を正規料金で払った方がまだマシだった。料理は品数は多くはないが地元の料理や素材がとても良かった。ご飯も美味しかった。

快適！
Pros:

市街地にあり、夜は外食しフラフラ帰ってくるのにちょうどいい距離でした。
朝のバイキングは郷土料理盛りがたくさんでどれも美味しかったです。またぜひ泊まりたいです。

A pleasant stay at Yamagata
Pros:

The room is big.

Cons:

It’s 15-mins walk from the JR station.
And the sound insulation is not good. We can hear the ice machine making ice all the time.
