Pleasant but would not rate as high as reviews posted on your site.
Pros:

Location. Ease of access.

Cons:

Advised in January 2026 that they had an office below! Vacated last month I believe and no sign on door/window advising same. Thought this was average. I guess in todays world face to face with people is a rarity. Pool area somewhat in need of maintenance eg dead plants.

Pros:

The accommodation was in an amazing location and the apartments themselves were a great size. The staff were incredibly helpful. The pool upstairs is amazing and gives amazing views of the city. The kitchen and laundry facilities provided were great and perfect for longer stays.

Cons:

The pool upstairs was great but during our stay there was no lights or power upstairs which when trying to cook a bbq for dinner meant we couldn't see. We reported this issue during our stay but it wasn't rectified before we left which was disappointing.

We struggles to get hold of staff at times though there is an office downstairs it was often not staffed including during the advertised time. We also tried to phone staff multiple times on the last few days of our stay and our phone calls were not answered. However, when staff did answer they couldn't be more helpful.

At times the amenities and consumables given by housekeeping were pretty scabby and we were often left without toilet paper, dishwasher tablets etc and though mention they replace towels daily our towels were only replaced once across a 8 night stay. They recommend ringing but again we struggled getting a hold of staff.

The apartment also needed a bit more cleaning especially the balconies which were covered in black dust and the bathrooms (shower and behind bathroom sink).

Location is great but apartments poor.
Pros:

The easy proximity to shopping and food. Spacious apartment.

Cons:

The cleanliness was poor. Hair in the bathroom from previous stay, shower mouldy. Holes in bedroom roof. Wasn’t a pleasant smelling apartment when we arrived. The pool has seen better days. Broken and shattered tiles throughout.

Pros:

Eccellent room and service. The pool area could be updated with lounge chairs umbrellas and the garden beds tidied up it was a bit disappointing

Water pressure in the shower poor
When we arrived reception was closed , keys and how to access apartment had clear instructions however it would have been beneficial to have had some basic information about Darwin .maps and more tourist information in the room so we could navigate through the area

A nice stay in the city.
Pros:

I like the large apartments, beautiful pool and free parking. The staff were excellent- very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There was a bit of a hiccup with wifi access in my first room, but this was attended to by changing rooms. The second room was a little bit noisy with people exiting their rooms at night time and early morning.
