Pros:

good location pool is good although no shade, beds very comfortable. nice and quiet, friendly staff.

Cons:

room required a lot of maintenance. hole in wall, dryer extremely noisy, lounge sunk on one side. pool area getting a bit tired.

Very happy with the apartments and facilities
Pros:

Great location close to everything we needed, pool was wonderful , balcony also a plus , staff went out of their way to accommodate us with securing our bags whilst we went hiking

Pros:

Cons:

Only superficial issues (slight damage to wall in hallway, brown mark on wall of bedroom). Hairdryer damaged but replaced immediately. functionality, price and location of room outweighed any superficial issues.

Spacious apartment

Cons:

The pool area was very neglected. Plants needed a water. Scum around water level in pool. I was very surprised about the negligence of this area. No cafe or bar. Need to put information on entry of foyer, didn’t know where to scan entry card. Staff could have showed how to do this.

Disappointing and stuffy apartment.
Pros:

Near Woolworths.

Cons:

Shower door didn’t fit so water leaked out every time I showered. No outside air so the air con was no effective in lounge as remote stuck at 20oC, had a headache each morning due to this. No window in bedroom and fan noisy. Dark apartment and the lights are really blinding even the lamps too strong. Hate having to have a light in the day.
No plunger only nescafe.
No water provided.
Blankets smelt stale so couldn’t use them, so couldn’t use air con with door closed. Wouldn’t give me a late check out, so had to leave at 10, there is nowhere to sit in the office while waiting.
Got bombarded with messages demanding details and $200 bond before arriving, as I only have a debit card that money gas gone from my account for 14-28 days.

Great location with all the amenities required for a 4-5 day stay.
Pros:

Proximity to CBD and walking distance to major city sites. The staff were very obliging and servicing of our room every second day was a bonus. Upon arrival the air conditioners were on, thus a cool entrance whilst outside was a very sticky 36 degrees.

Cons:

Whilst the lift moved quite quickly it was extremely stuffy and small in size, given the building was only serviced by one lift.
