Pros:

受付が丁寧だった
施設自体は少し古いが、部屋の清掃がきちんとしていた

お安めホテル
Pros:

お安め料金に対してこんな感じかな、率直な感想です。喫煙ルームしか取れなかったので、タバコを吸わない者には臭いが気になりましたが、空気清浄機を親切に貸してくださいました。宿泊客も話しやすい良い人が多かったです。

Cons:

カーテン下の窓のレール回りがどうしても気になりました。もう少し掃除をして頂きたい。洗面所回りも。あとは、建物が古いので仕方ないところもあるかと思いました。

快適に過ごせました
Pros:

１泊目は到着が遅く２２時過ぎにチェックインしたのですが親切に対応してくれました
２泊目の１８時からおいしいカレーライスがいただけたのは良かったです

Cons:

連泊の割引券２千円を利用出来なかった

安いからオッケー
Pros:

ご飯屋さんも多く、目の前の薬局で飲み物も買える、便利で朝食もカレーも普通に満足でした。
フロントの方は、駐車場がどこにあるか入口まで出て来て説明してくれて親切でした。
部屋に気になる点は多いものの
なによりも安いので、多少悪い部分は感じても全然良いと思える範囲内でした。
少し高いホテルも考えましたが、わざわざ高いホテルにして残念となるよりは安くてこのくらいの残念なら悩んでいたホテルとの差額を考えたら問題なしでした。

Cons:

部屋が暗い。
目覚まし時計が電池切れ。
部屋が喫煙部屋にしても、なぜかわからないくらいくらいに匂いがこもってて臭い。
壁や床にはよくわからないシミがあり気持ち悪い。
浴槽はザラザラしていて痛い。
洗面台は黒い汚れで汚い。
廊下を誰か歩くだけで響くほど壁が薄い。
一番不便だったのは、シャワーの温度が数十秒置きに熱くなったり、冷たくなったりして、なかなか大変だったので熱めの温度に設定せず、ぬるいかなくらいに設定してシャワーを浴びることをオススメします。
