Pros:

Durante il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel cinque stelle siamo stati trattati con una cura davvero rara. Ogni dettaglio, dall’accoglienza al servizio in camera, è stato impeccabile. Le camere erano luminose, silenziose e curate in ogni particolare, con una pulizia che superava le aspettative.
Il personale è sempre stato disponibile e attento senza mai risultare invadente, creando un senso di comfort immediato.

La ristorazione è stata straordinaria: piatti preparati con grande tecnica, ingredienti di altissimo livello e presentazioni degne di un vero ristorante di lusso. Ogni cena sembrava una piccola esperienza gastronomica.

E per non parlare della zona spa: un ambiente pensato per il relax assoluto, con spazi curati, atmosfera calma e trattamenti che ci hanno davvero rigenerati. Un angolo perfetto per staccare completamente.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno impeccabile. Un luogo che consiglierei a chi cerca un’esperienza di livello superiore.

Cons:

Se ci fosse da aggiungere un piccolo suggerimento, riguarda solo la piscina esterna: l’avremmo preferita leggermente più calda, così da poter restare fuori più a lungo ad ammirare il paesaggio e la neve. Per il resto, non ci sarebbe davvero nulla da segnalare: un soggiorno impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto.

We would definitely like to come back and experience this maybe without our daughter:))
Pros:

Our entire experience was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Since our 3-year-old daughter didn't want to sit in her high chair, they put a cushion on her chair every meal. The pool was wonderful. Since our trip was mostly about exploring the area, we didn't even get to enjoy the hotel. The food was incredibly delicious. Every evening, we enjoyed a different feast of flavors. Our daughter enjoyed her time both in the pool and in the playroom.

Cons:

I think it would be ok if water wasn't charged at dinner :)

Don't stay here-overpriced and no "luxury" to be found
Pros:

Welcome drink when we arrived and before we saw the rooms and disappointment began.

Cons:

The word "luxury" should be taken out of this hotel name. This is at most a 3-star hotel with outdated furnishings. They upgraded some of the showers with floors that are exceedingly slippery. Two of our guests slipped and we overheard another guest complaining about this. Be prepared for a spa area that requires you to be completely unclothed to use the facilities. Just a very odd feel to the whole place-we joked that we were at a "swingers" hotel. For the money, there are so many other great true "luxury" hotels to choose from (Como Alpina and Rosapetra were amazing!!!). A really disappointing stay here and the worst out of our 25 stays this summer in Europe.

Een tophotel met een team dat het je in alle opzichten naar je zin maakt. .
Pros:

Faciliteiten, de vele activiteiten die elke dag worden georganiseerd en de aandacht voor details. Ze doen er echt alles aan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken.

Cons:

Klimaatbeheersing op de kamer: geen airco of ventilator.

Simply the best
Pros:

We stayed at many nice hotels before and rated them with maximum rating but here in Mirabell we learned what 10 really is. Attention to the details everywhere you are in this hotel is really inspiring and fascinating. And not to mention the staff... especially Valerie, the waiter at our section of the restaurant,... I wonder where do they find such a nice and charming people... We wanted to adopt her :-)
And the food... this is another level, 3 Michelin stars experience every evening...
