Never staying again
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Everything could of been better. The room was filthy it had food stuck on the walls and ceiling, also there were stains all over the walls even in the bathroom. The bathroom had black mould in it.

Pros:

The manager was rude he gave us a room where the head board wasn’t attached to the bed screws sticking out and expected disabled infant to sleep on it put on a top floor where the window had no window on it to close it which is a health & safety risk for young children the whole hotel was filthy the hotel room had no lights in the room or the bathroom we had to use the torches on our phone the bedding was stained so brought sheets in town the WiFi don’t work unless ur in reception u have to pay for ur room before u see it & don’t get a refund if ur in happy with the room!

To be fair we enjoyed Blackpool

Overall disappointing though bearable.

No breakfast, little to no room service, very bad rooms and overall unclean and shabby but for £46 I was slightly disappointed.

All of it. Dirty. door lock not working properly paint work not finished properly carpets old and smelly. Only 1 electric socket working couldn't watch the TV. Left after 2 nights and booked a different hotel for the last night .awe

Location great friendly staff but room was disgustingly dirty
Pros:

It was very dirty cups were disgustingly tea stayed stains everywhere on head board carpet and bedding toilet didn’t flush had to take the top off and pour water into the system

The man was lovely and friendly and location fantastic we paid £75 for 2 people for two nights but the room was so dirty definitely would not stay again

No value in staying here. Give it a miss
Pros:

TV didn't work. Hair all over the floor. Cracked dirty mirrors. No milk or sugar supplied at start. No toiletries that were supposed to be there. No towel change or clean in the 4 night's we were there

It was okay with that one member of staff he was very polite and nice to talk the white man

The one staff was okay polite and today when we was leaving, we asked the staff if we could leave our baggage at the hotel while we spend time in Blackpool because our train time he says it okay but the other member of staff the Asian man turn around raise his voice my partner and told us to get our things and get out which was not very nice
