Needs a complete facelift, new taps, hoovering n polishing plus window clean, curtains that are not hooked on plus TV what’s the point no channels work

Wet carpets,keys didn't work, dirty toom, rude staff the list is endless

The rude staff and getting turned away even after ringing multiple times and visiting the hotel its self different times of the day to not being let in

It was that bad the room was dirty, no bath as stated on booking. The facilities were a disgusting. Inside the kettle was black, empty beer cans and food under bed , unclean bedding lights didn't work, lock on door didn't work properly. We didn't even stay we left after an hour it was that bad. The staff was rude and unhelpful

What I didn't like where do I start?The bedroom was small , very tatty , very uncleaned not fit to use has a b and b very dirty the lighting to get to the bedroom don't exist. So how to see in the dark, to put the key in the door the door locked was jamming. I can go on for more

Room was bogging and stank of damp. No clean sheets rubbish under bed absolutely rotten

The cleanliness was vile. The rooms clearly had not been cleaned. I had booked 7 rooms. Now I understand that for the price I wasn't going to get a 5* hotel. But I wouldn't even rate this a 1 star hotel. One of the rooms had wet bath towels on the floor and a half eaten pizza and chips from the previous guests so clearly the room had not been cleaned. Most of the rooms had damp/mould on the ceilings and walls. Most of the lights didn't work I guess this was due to the damp on the ceiling. I spoke to the man on reception to ask him to remove the old pizza and give us some clean towels. And he told me he could put them in the tumble dryer. Why would I want towels drying that had been used by someone else. The rooms were all full of rubbish. Things all over the floor. It was clear the rooms had not been cleaned. Now if u can't even remove the last guests half eaten dinner have they even changed the bedding? I dread to thing. I'm not one for leaving bad reviews. But I wouldn't want anyone else to have to stop in these conditions. This isn't just a case of a cheap hotel. It's the worst hotel I've ever seen. And honestly feel disappointed that places like booking.com are allowing bookings to this place.the bathrooms had mould too, and in some of the rooms there was no handle on the window. They had nailed in a nail to shut the window.

The walls where all chipped with paint missing dirty carpets dirty beds sold as a double got in there and it was 2 singles blood stains on the window sill punch marks in all the walls and door shouting all night and slamming doors the tv turned on but there was no aerial cable

Everything was dirty & mouldy

Everything, the curtains were pinned up with nails, the mattress were older than me, one bed had a poor repair and showed up badly funny smell to the place and very noisy not been painted in a long time, we didn't say we walked out and I ended up driving home

When we arrived manager was very rude.. we arrived late and when we checked room and come back down the manger had gone..
People taking drugs outside the property.. when we entered the room bedding was mucky and shower was covered in mould also bathroom bin was full of used dirty tampons and sanitary towels.. next morning we went to get a shower and no hot water when we approached the owner he said the water is not turned on until 9.50am how is this possible when we was a family of 3 and need to check out by 10am.. manger got very aggressive and then phoned police on all guests who complained I will be taking this place trading standards

it was bad rubbish under the bed telly didn't work the room was really dirty and the bedding was also dirty

Shower n toilet smells like piss and smelled room out had to leave also TV was smashed told man who was working there he couldn't change me room or TV wouldn't recommend a homeless man to stay there dirty as hell
