The staff were great especially the reception staff
Room I booked wasn't room I received. Tv broken had clearly been damaged by previous guest. Mold in bathroom and toilet that was cracked and flush not working properly. Stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions so was very disappointed.

Breakfast was disappointing, had to ask for replenishment of several items (juices, glasses, milk, cups, etc.) and only standard filter coffee available in flask. Limited facilities at hotel and a bit dated, no phone charger points in rooms.
