Lovely looking and comfortable hotel with very helpful staff and several maintenance issues
Pros:

The desk clerk was very helpful, and got us quickly settled in a new room once we found that the door latch of the first room did not work. (You could push the door open without using a key).

Cons:

The new room we were settled in had several issues:
The bathroom sliding barn door kept sliding back open, so we HAD to use the door latch for privacy. BUT - the door latch was very difficult to open back up, kept getting stuck. We ended up wedging a towel in the opening to hold the door closed without using the latch.
The toilet flapper valve wasn't working properly, so we had to keep opening up the toilet lid and resetting it.
The cabinet door on the cabinet that housed the small refrigerator was falling off its hinges and didn't close.
We needed to use the trundle bed under the sofa. But once we pulled it out we couldn't push it back in. The guides had fallen off one side of the opening.

There wasn’t much left - it was over run by families . Maybe adding extra staff during the breakfast hrs will help parents realize their children are their responsibilities 🙂

I love the area the hotel was in and it was quiet! I will definitely be rebooking this exact location in October! Great Staff did not give me any bad vibes definitely a 10/10! Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Only thing I did not like was the pop was $4.00 a bottle lol 😂but that’s ok! I needed it!
