Pros:

Location, facilities, cleanliness, comfort.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Some people had mentioned noise disturbances from the nearby Tram. Yes you could hear “something” but it was absolutely nothing to worry about or really disturbing. I would definitely stay here again.

Banho excelente; espaço do quarto diferenciado; o recepcionista Aaron é muito cortês e não mede esforços para atender bem o cliente.

Cons:

Em frente ao prédio ha uma estação de metrô que funciona 24h ao dia; há barulho o tempo todo; o recepcionista Paul não presta bom atendimento ao cliente.
