Amazing service!
Pros:

Location is very close to small shops, cafes, amenities, etc and walking distance to the target centre which is incredibly convenient! The rooms are spectacular for the price we paid and very clean and most importantly the staff, in our case Jaleel and Sunny were extremely helpful and kind! Definitely recommend staying here and when we come back to Minneapolis we will be staying here again!

Pros:

A well designed and well run hotel. This hotel proves that you don’t need to spend a fortune to have a truly great experience. Breakfast is simple, but really, really good. Wait staff are excellent.

Great help with our reservation at check-in
Pros:

We had excellent service at this hotel front desk by a very nice lady named Sunny! She went out of her way TWICE to be sure our reservations were worked out for our family! I was very impressed by her ability to solve problems and her wonderful, calming personality! All of the staff was exceptional! Great place to stay!

Great location and comfortable amenities! The hotel bar and lounge bartender, Karin, is fabulous! She made my husband a great old fashioned, me a great Negroni and played good music to create a vibe for the customers that was warm and inviting!
