Pros:

ゆっくりお風呂を楽しめました。

Cons:

喫煙所にタムロしてる人達が自分達が長居したいために、不快な事をされたので、何か対策して欲しいと思いました。

子ども向けに特化した施設
Pros:

2回目の利用だったが、いつ行ってもスタッフが親身。外国人スタッフも多いけど関係なく親身に寄り添って接してくれるから良い

Cons:

予約した時点では告知が無かったため宿泊前日に遊び場が工事中なのを知った。代わりの遊び場も設けられてたが滑り台などもなく狭さも目立った。また簡易的なものだったためか未満児向けの遊ぶ場が無かった

子供の遊びを目的だったので食事以外満足です。
Pros:

部屋が最高に良かった。期待通りだった。

Cons:

食事が良くない。味付けが和食なのかエスニック系なのか分からない。季節感が無く、揚げもの炒め物など油系が多く感じた。2種類の寿司米も硬く酢が効き過ぎ。子供用の食事もバラエティーが無く、油ものが多い。デザートも少ない。料金の割に満足感が無い。

温泉、食事イイ‼️
Pros:

晩御飯、朝御飯の丁寧なお品書き☺️
細かく時間を割り振りしてもらっていて、スムーズに席に案内してもらえ、食事をすることが出来ました。
対面での食事提供も、適量、美味しい、わかりやすい、キッズコーナーも嬉しい。
ホロホロ山荘へのお風呂も嬉しい。

Cons:

お部屋の清掃。
天井にクモの巣。
キクラゲカピカピで、テレビ下にあり少し残念でした。

子連れには最高のホテルです
Pros:

アソボーヤ、プール、ビュッフェ会場の遊び場、ロケーション、部屋の広さ、ご飯のおいしさなど、すべてが子供連れにとってとても良く、最高の宿泊体験でした。
また、3泊したため、ご飯は毎日同じものだったのですが、連泊した人には特別な小皿をプレゼントするなど、気配りもとても良かったです。
次に登別や洞爺湖方面に行く際には必ず泊まりたいです。

Cons:

ほとんどないですが、ホテル内のwifiだけ弱かったり繋がらない場所が多かったりと不便さを感じていました。
また、3泊したため、3日目にはご飯が飽きてしまったので、1日置きに交互にメニューを変えるなどしていただけるとたくさん宿泊したいので嬉しいです。

Pros:

這間親子飯店大部分都很好，房間很大，有適合大童和小童的遊玩設施。但這間飯店並沒有洗衣機烘衣機，由於我們前一天去玩水，無法處理濕衣服，很困擾，我們只好帶著全家的濕衣服去搭飛機，這很佔行李重量。 另外check in 時需要排隊，我們是星期六入住，排了40分鐘，才完成check in 手續。
