Pros:

設備、ロケーションは最高でしたがビュッフェの中は寒くて興ざめでした。修学旅行の生徒をメインにしていて夕食は早過ぎ、朝食は遅過ぎでまさか？という感じでした。

Pros:

息子夫婦と孫2歳で2部屋を予約して泊まりました。
お部屋は、思ったより広く快適に過ごせました。
孫も沢山遊べてとても喜んでましたし、スタッフさんの対応は、とても素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

トイレの便器に黒いカビ？があったり、ポット内が洗われてなかったのが気になりました。

Luxe relaxen
Pros:

Hartstikke mooie omgeving. Alleen maar bergen, bos en de rivier om je heen, heel rustgevend. Ik heb uren lang op het dak zitten lezen met uitzicht op zeeën van groen.
- De gescheiden Onsen-baden waren prachtig en heel schoon.
- Het buffet restaurant was lekker.
- Kamers mooi, ruim, en schoon.
- Geweldige uitzichten. Prachtig gebouw.
- Zeer behulpzaam personeel, inclusief een paar mensen die voor ons Engels konden spreken.
- Shuttlebus van en naar Sapporo of Vliegveld, nog goedkoper dan de normale bus en veel comfortabeler.

Deze locatie speelt vooral erg in op kinderen. En dat doen ze ook heel erg goed. Zeker een aanrader als gezin, maar ook met alleen volwassenen vonden wij hier lekker veel rust.

Cons:

Het is erg afgelegen en moeilijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer. Als je meer dan 2 nachtjes verblijft kan je echt beter een auto of ander vervoer hebben. Als je dat hebt is er geen probleem om wat langer te blijven.
Voor 2 daagjes relaxen was het voor ons ook nog wel leuk zonder vervoer, maar meer zou ik dan niet willen.

Total veraltet , überteuert und kein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück findet in einem riesigen Saal statt. Alles ist ausgerichtet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und es wird extrem laute Kindermusik gespielt.
Das Buffet ist nur auf chinesische Gäste ausgerichtet - es gibt keine kontinentale Alternative.

Cons:

Wir waren um 14.40 Uhr im Hotel und es war nichts los an den Self check in Schaltern. Trotzdem mussten wir bis 15.00 Uhr warten bis wir einchecken konnten.
Zum Abendessen muss man um spätestens 18.30 Uhr erscheinen , da es um 20.00 Uhr zu Ende ist. Wir haben dies , trotzdem wir es gebucht hatten, nicht gemacht und sind auswärts essen gegangen. So etwas hat nichts mit Urlaub zu tun.
Das Essen und die Atmosphäre sind furchtbar.
Die Zimmer und vor allem das Bad ist total veraltet und viel zu klein. Die Toilette im Flugzeug war größer als dieses Badezimmer.
Die Betten sind an der Seite dreckig und auch die Sofas sind verschmutzt.
Total veraltet und viel zu teuer für diese Nacht ( zum Glück nur eine Nacht !!!) .
Das Onsen haben wir nicht genutzt - selbst wenn wir gewollt hätten , wäre es uns zu kompliziert und wahrscheinlich auch zu unhygienisch!

子ども向けに特化した施設
Pros:

2回目の利用だったが、いつ行ってもスタッフが親身。外国人スタッフも多いけど関係なく親身に寄り添って接してくれるから良い

Cons:

予約した時点では告知が無かったため宿泊前日に遊び場が工事中なのを知った。代わりの遊び場も設けられてたが滑り台などもなく狭さも目立った。また簡易的なものだったためか未満児向けの遊ぶ場が無かった

温泉、食事イイ‼️
Pros:

晩御飯、朝御飯の丁寧なお品書き☺️
細かく時間を割り振りしてもらっていて、スムーズに席に案内してもらえ、食事をすることが出来ました。
対面での食事提供も、適量、美味しい、わかりやすい、キッズコーナーも嬉しい。
ホロホロ山荘へのお風呂も嬉しい。

Cons:

お部屋の清掃。
天井にクモの巣。
キクラゲカピカピで、テレビ下にあり少し残念でした。

子供の遊びを目的だったので食事以外満足です。
Pros:

部屋が最高に良かった。期待通りだった。

Cons:

食事が良くない。味付けが和食なのかエスニック系なのか分からない。季節感が無く、揚げもの炒め物など油系が多く感じた。2種類の寿司米も硬く酢が効き過ぎ。子供用の食事もバラエティーが無く、油ものが多い。デザートも少ない。料金の割に満足感が無い。
