Beware of the breakfast!

Breakfast was DIRE!
I was the only guest as soon as breakfast time slot opened. They took at least 25 minutes to make my breakfast and unfortunately the breakfast was AWFUL. My soft poached eggs looked and tasted awful. Whoever cooked it has no idea how to poach eggs. Small issue yes, but when you pay top dollar for accommodation including breakfast then you would expect a decent breakfast. No apologies when I complained either, just a stare from the waiter.
Detracted from an enjoyable stay.

The reception staff was very helpful and very good attitude I loved them. The concierge service good

2 Nights in Kimberley - Top solution
Pros:

Ruhiges Hotel in einer lebhaften Umgebung - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung vorhanden (auch zu Fuß erreichbar). Ansonsten ist natürlich vor allem die Tiefgarage (bei heißen Temperaturen) eine tolle Bereicherung. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Teilweise würden Restaurantgäste direkt vor den (belegten) Zimmern am Abend zum Dinner positioniert. Da wollte/konnte man dann natürlich nicht wirklich draußen sitzen.
