Really enjoyed our stay but could be improved.

Cons:

Toilet are flooding . The bathroom door is broken, you can’t lock it. The ladyguard is not very welcoming but the front desk and housekeepers are friendly

For Roxas City this is one of the better resports.
Cons:

My ONLY complaint was the pool wasn't very clean and was slippery when walking in from the edge.

Cons:

Reception staff, felt like I was in a concentration camp. I have never experienced so many rules & regulations. Signs everywhere threatening corkage fees will apply if you bring any food or drink in from outside of resort but you only get 1 small bottle of water per day ! They even had a sign saying which type of shorts you can & can't wear as swimming pool attire. No foreigners at hotel, just mainly locals from outside using the pool all day. LOUD karaoke early in the morning's. I would never return here. Thankfully I only booked 2 nights.

My stay was practically perfect and I wish I had booked to stay for longer.
Pros:

The Espacio Verde is a first class hotel with a swimming pool and poolside restaurant. I first visited the hotel in August 2019 and enjoyed the lush garden and peaceful ambience as I did again this week. As a visitor to Roxas to meet my local wife and her family I need somewhere comfortable, calm and quiet in order to relax.

Cons:

A lighter weight bed cover/duvet would be better than the heavy covers provided. As a British person, I get hot easily in thr tropics and sleep better under a lightweight cover.

Objednal jsem si letištní transport a byl potvrzen. Bohužel nepřijel, ani nijak resort nereagoval. Tak jsem šel pěšky, moc nedoporučuju.

Probably the best hotel in Roxas
Pros:

Quiet location opposite 7-11 and laundry. Room size generous with balcony on to attractive gardens. English breakfast cooked to perfection (till 10:30) and evening meal excellent too. Free courtesy van to-from airport. Housekeeping came daily during breakfast. Resort is closer to Baybay than city centre. Pool with 2 slides and poolside restaurant. Trikes pass all day long. Extra person P300/day. Beds very comfortable...

Cons:

...but pillows hard. Shower lukewarm and no bath. Safe a little small. Little to fault.

best place to stay in Roxas due to the location, fantastic swimming pool, great food.
Pros:

Breakfast choices are great form the Menu, there is food available for each taste. Staff is very welcoming and fulfilling orders swiftly. The food at the pool side is great and affordable. Very large pool is perfect for swimming, the kids enjoyed this quite a lot.

Pros:

The staff are very reliable and wonderful… they are dedicated to their own crafts. Very grateful for the accomodation and the shuttle service. Hassle free. I will definitely book our stay again in this hotel resort.
