staff was extremely friendly, grounds are beautiful, comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very good. The food was excellent as was rheir whiskey. Staff service was top drawer.
Nice location. Great restaurant on site.
Nice live music!
Friendly staff, gardens were beautiful, really made the place quaint.
Cabin was OK nothing special. We felt very cramped. It would have been nice if we knew about the rough road that we had to drive on to the Cabin If I would have known I would never had booked this place as I was in a Moni Cooper, as far as I am concerned this place is just a name. Restaurant was very good

Very unique. Everyone was very helpful and wonderful service. Thank you
The staff at reception were extremely unfriendly and the whisky tour was definitely not worth the money. Some cabins are quite a distance from the rest of the facility. However, the pub and live music was fantastic.
This is presented as a high end boutique hotel but it is far from it. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms are cheaply finished, sparsely decorated and in poor repair. The windows don’t appear to have been washed in years. When the sun shines on them you can barely see outside through the dirt. Added to that, there are no drapes just a blackout blind giving the room an unfinished feeling. The website boasts of having one of Canada’s top 100 restaurants but in fact there is just a pub serving very sub par pub food. Apparently the dining room has not been open for several years. All in all a very disappointing experience for something that was supposed to be a fun splurge.
Very helpful. We enjoyed our meal. Bit cool in the bar restaurant.
Breakfast could be improved
This property is an unique and tranquil escape with a top notch restaurant.
we had one of the chalets (accommodating 2 people), dark, cold, old, unfriendly, uncomfortable. the price of can$ 400 is a cheek!
clean rooms; friendly staff
Beautiful surrounding property, clean comfortable beds and great service
Beautiful and peaceful place. We stayed one night but had a wonderful stay. We ate dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the whiskey cocktails.
We would stay there again.
Really enjoyed the distillery however we stayed in the chalet, which was a little bit too rustic, and felt claustrophobic. Very tiny didn’t care that it had a window unit out of the front door for cooling took away from the look of the chalet. The bed was too small for two people didn’t care that there was a bathtub right next to the kitchen next time if I ever go back I would stay at the hotels, main facilities, not chalets, felt it was overpriced for what it was
Love the cabins up on the hill. Beautiful views
Best place to stay and dine in the Inverness area.
