Pros:

Die Lage, das Personal, das Frühstück alles exzellent.

Cons:

Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, ist, dass es im Wellnessbereich zu wenig Platz im Ruheraum gibt. Besonders bei gut besuchter Zeit.

War ein tolles Wochenende.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe.
200 m entfernt ist ein süsser theaterkino mit frischem Popcorn und aktuellen Filmen.

Frühstück im Hotel sehr lecker mit genug Auswahl mit Bus jetzt dem besten Latte machiatto.
Personal sehr nett und freundlich.

Das Restaurante und das Frühstück waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Superior Doppelzimmer mit geschmackvollen karierten Sesseln gebucht.Bekommen haben wir ein kleines Doppelzimmer mit Kunststoff bezogenen Sesseln. Zudem funktionierte die Heizung nicht.Eine Entschädigung gab es nicht.

De ligging.

Cons:

Wij hadden een appartement wat verderop van het hotel. Als de beneden buren gingen koken kwam de geuren bij ons binnen, waarschijnlijk een slecht functionerende klep bij de afzuigkap.

War ein süßes Hotel, doch hatte ein bisschen mehr erwartet...

Die Wohnung war groß. Das Bett war auch eigentlich sehr bequem. Frühstück war ziemlich gut, doch wir haben es nur einmal gebucht, denn es gibt genug im Dorf zum Frühstücken und ist auch günstiger.

Cons:

Man konnte alles von den Nachbarn durch die Mauern hören. Es gab viel Lärm bis spät in die Nacht. Wir haben gehört wie andere Nachbarn sich auch aufgeregt haben.

Wir haben dieses Hotel wegen dem Wellness gebucht, doch waren sehr enttäuscht mit dem Pool, denn es war so kalt. Wir haben es nur einmal ausprobiert und dann nie wieder.

Das Personal war eigentlich ziemlich freundlich, doch eine Situation, die ich leider als sehr unprofessionell empfunden habe, betraf eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels mit kurzen blonden Haaren.
Eines Morgens sprach sie im Frühstücksraum sehr respektlos mit einer jüngeren Mitarbeiterin. Später führte sie dort auch ein Telefonat, bei dem sie sich hörbar über ihre persönlichen Probleme, ihr Leben und das Hotel beschwerte.
Mein Freund und ich saßen zu diesem Zeitpunkt im Frühstücksraum und konnten das gesamte Gespräch mit anhören. Es war sehr unangenehm, so etwas als Gäste mitzubekommen, und ich fand dieses Verhalten gegenüber Gästen sehr unprofessionell.

Wirklich schöner Aufenthalt in Winterberg
Pros:

Das Hotel und auch das Apartment liegen sehr zentral, Innenstadt, Restaurants, Cafés und auch Supermarkt sind zu Fuß um die Ecke. Perfekt, um alles erledigen oder einfach schlendern zu können. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich liebevoll und absolut abwechslungsreich ausgestattet. Es gibt von allem etwas. Die Küche im Apartment hat alles, was man braucht, und es ist generell liebevoll dekoriert.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Apartment im Nebenhaus, gegenüber dem Haupthaus. Das Apartment liegt im Keller, aber durch die Hanglage ist es dennoch nach hinten raus das Erdgeschoss, was ungewohnt ist. Der Ausblick ist direkt auf einen Supermarkt, aber wenn man eh nur unterwegs ist, stört es weniger. Von daher ist nur eij winziger Punkt.
