Pros:

お正月、家族と利用させていただきました。貸切風呂はゆっくり利用でき、お部屋も清潔で快適でした。朝食はお正月料理が出されてよかったです。フロント、レストランのスタッフの方々も親切で、いいお宿でした。また利用したいと思います。

接客、お風呂、ローケーションともに高評価できる宿泊施設です。強いて挙げるならば室内カーテンなどの状態まで徹底していただけるとさらに心地よく滞在できると思います。豪華で高く、何かと気を使う高級温泉宿とは違って、気軽に行けてゆっくりできるのでカップルや小さなお子さんがいるご家族にも良いと思います。

Convenient location and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the famous tourist spot and the shopping street. Although the hotel is a bit old, we did have a comfortable stay there. The staff members were friendly and the breakfast was good. Walking sticks were provided as well.

貸切り温泉がある旅館
Pros:

貸切り温泉が6つもあり、すごくよかったです。
温泉は改装したのかすごくきれいだし広くて本当によかったです。
夕食も直前に予約して懐石を頂きましたが、手作りで、すごく美味しかったです。琴平の郷土料理が頂けて、炊き込みごさんもお米から炊いて美味しかったです。
乳幼児を連れていきましたが対応もよくして下さいました。

개별적으로 쓰는 욕실은 좋았으나 일본식룸을 제외한 모든 룸이 흡연실로 비흡연자가 지내기에는 냄새 참기가 쉽지 않았음

6つの貸切温泉風呂がある
Pros:

良くも悪くも少し昔風なホテル？旅館？。滞在には気を遣わずにすみます。反面周辺のインフォメーション等はほぼなく(よくホテル、旅館にある周辺マップ等)、こちらがいろいろと調べてわからない時は一つづつスタッフの方に聞かなければならないです。良い意味でほおっておいてもらえますが、ホスピタリティは望み薄です。全くの素泊まりだった為、夕食をとるのに少し苦労しました。周辺には食事処が大変少なく、定休日等も事前にチェックしておかないと大変だと思います。但し、徒歩2,3分の場所にセブンイレブンはあります。３階が全てお風呂になっていて貸切なのは良いですが、個別にそれぞれ入ろうと思うと全てのお風呂では鍵を使用しなければ入れないので(例えば、親子、友人別々であったり、先に風呂を出て部屋に帰りたい時等は鍵を使用できない)不便。チェックイン時に鍵を２個以上貰わないと部屋の鍵をかけないか、誰かが部屋に残らないといけなくなります。あとは部屋にコンセントの場所が少なく、二人以上でスマホや携帯を充電したい時には困ります。
