I will return again and again as will my daughter and her daughter.
Pros:

Palazzo Roselli Cecconi is wonderful.
It has become my home in Florence- management is kind, professional and cares deeply about the property and has always cared about my wellbeing.

Pros:

Amang staff, a very warm welcome... 24/7 coffee and watwr availablr. The staff is super helpful. First day he explained it sooo well so we exactly knew what to do.
Ask to serve breakfast early today as we had an early train ... they organized it earlier for us in our room.

Cons:

Nothing that i can think of.

Klassisch authentisches Florenz
Pros:

Ein Palazzo wie man sich Florenz vorstellt… wunderschön. Für mich als Duftliebhaberin ein besonderes Erlebnis , da das Geschäft in der unteren Etage erlesene Düfte angeboten hat.

Ontbijt was dramatisch: het is niet in buffetvorm; als koppel kregen we in totaal 1 croissant en 1 koffiekoek. Toen ik vroeg om een extra croissant, werd me nogal bot geantwoord dat het niet mogelijk is omdat ze allemaal al geteld waren voor andere gasten.

Não ficaria nesse hotel novamente. O custo beneficio não vale. Haviam melhores ( de fato 4 estrelas ) por valor semelhan

Do espaćo do quarto e banheiro e localizacao

Cons:

O booking não esclarece que o cafe da manhã e só croissant / geleia/ bolo/ suco 3 cafe Nescafé. O hotel não tem estrutura de 4 estrelas. Tem porteiro das 8 as 19 hs. Não tem bar.

房间宽敞，布局合理，层高惊人，好像住在宫殿里
重新装修过，设施都还比较新

老房子，房间隔音比较差，还有水管声音很明显，尤其半夜里

Très bel hôtel pour clôturer notre séjour en Toscane.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Très peu de chambres et un service très attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est servi sur de jolies tables rondes revêtues de nappes blanches. Ascenceur d’époque, haut plafonds et superbes lustres. Une très belle parfumerie au rez de chaussée, embaume tout le bâtiment de vrais parfums.
