Parfait ! Merci nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien ni trop central donc calme mais à proximité de tout. La décoration est magnifique, beaucoup de cachet. C'est bien insonorisé. La musique classique dans les couloirs donne un charme supplémentaire. Ça sent toujours très bon dans les couloirs avec les diffuseurs de parfum. Le personnel est agréable, discret mais présent. Le ménage dans la chambre est vraiment impeccable. La mise à disposition d'une bouilloire et de café en permanence dans la salle des petits déjeuners est très agréable ainsi que la petite terrasse.

Cons:

Le manque de rangements dans la salle de bains, le miroir placé beaucoup trop haut. Idem une petite tablette dans la douche serait la bienvenue. Quatre cintres c'est un peu juste. L'ascenseur est superbe d'époque malheureusement souvent une des deux portes mal fermée le bloque à un étage et plusieurs soirs de suite nous avons dû monter à pied ces escaliers assez ardus et après une journée où l'on marche énormément c'est un peu hard... mais ça ce n'est pas le fait de l'hôtel par contre bien que ce soit mentionné sur la porte, il faudrait peut-être une signalisation encore plus efficace (elle n'est qu'en Italien) sur l'ascenseur même et verbale auprès des clients.

Le calme de la chambre

Not worth the money, there are better alternatives.
Pros:

The location as well as the staff was really good. The Building itself beautiful.

Cons:

The standard room was EXTREMELY small (ca. 12 sq.m). For two people is a no go. Maybe dirt/usage spots on the walls; small closet; tiny bathroom, which was smelly and loud. Shower had weird dark spots on the bottom.
Carpet in the corridor was smelling like wet dogs, and the hotel is trying to cover the smells with all kind of aroma sticks.

Pros:

El hotel en un edificio histórico mejor la experiencia. El personal muy amable en todo momento.
