サービスありません。ロビーに入ったら、対応の人もいなかった。フロントの女性三名ずっと雑談で喋ってる。「チェックインお願いします」って声かけったら、手荷物も手伝わなく、カッガリした。

Pros:

The experience staying at this hotel for 2 nights with 2 meals included was one of the best staying experience for our family, we would love to be back again. The service is elegance but warm, food ingredients are local products, room is spacious, view from almost every corner of the hotel is great.

Cons:

It was a little awkward when we check out we were escort to a meeting room.

Absolutely would stay here again. Incredible property.
Pros:

The service was absolutely incredible. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is Michelin star quality and the piano player during dinner is a nice touch. We also loved the little library and plentiful sitting areas, as well as the champagne at check in. We loved being able to make fresh French press coffee from our room and the little baked goods and note from the manager.

Cons:

The carpets need to be cleaned or replaced in the hallways of the guest rooms and in the guest rooms. They smell.

Exceptional stay !
Pros:

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel, without a doubt one of the best experiences we have ever had. Everything was perfect from beginning to end.
The view is simply breathtaking and makes every moment even more special, especially during breakfast which offers an incredible panorama. The breakfast itself was delicious, varied, and of excellent quality.
The staff were truly outstanding throughout our stay incredibly kind, attentive, and always taking great care of us. Every member of the team contributed to making our experience unique thanks to all the thoughtful little touches that made such a difference.
We leave with wonderful memories and already hope to come back very soon. A huge thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable experience.
