Neatness, even though there was no she bin in the rest room

Shower was cold. Very shabby decor and generally in need of some updating.
Had to arrange our own transport to Airport despite being advertised as providing a shuttle service. Not a great area but we didn't experience any serious issues.
Quite serious leak on the foyer landing left water coming in through a light fitting!
Staff were trying their best but this is a Hotel in need of investment .

Under the bed it was very dirty,, no ironing board and we needed to use safe for our valuables since it was locked and we were told the Manager left with the keys🙄🙄🤔🤔 please organize tray for tea set
I was in room 28. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly, especially Neil that assisted whenever we needed anything. He really went out of his way to make us feel riht at home.
The only thing that I didn't like was that we could not get dinner at the venue. An A la Carte option would make guests life a bit easier as we do not know the Take Away places around there.
