I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Cons:

The curtain and carpet were dirty. The bathroom had excessive mould especially around the bolts. The whole bathroom floor needs to be refurbished.

Personale super accogliente e struttura abbastanza pulita

Cons:

Posizione un bel pò fuori, ho prenotato per una notte per partire dall’aeroporto, ma ci vogliono comunque 25 minuti in macchina. Per il prezzo pagato la sistemazione è andata bene, ma la notte molto rumore proveniente dalla strada e dai collegiali che abitano lì. Nonostante questo una nota super positiva per il personale!

Pros:

Da wir einen Nachtflug ab CPT hatten, haben wir die Unterkunft hauptsächlich gebucht um nochmals duschen zu können und einen kurzen Anfahrweg zum Flughafen zu haben. Wir haben weder übernachtet noch gefrühstückt.
Trotz der paar Stunden waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Rooms were clean but the things inside is breaking/falling apart...
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and rooms were quiet. It was also close enough to the airport so the commute was short.

Cons:

The fridge was defective, the light in the bathroom was not working, there were no shampoo in the dispensers, the bedside table was breaking out of the wall. Basically the room was clean but everything was falling/breaking apart.
