Lawrence made our stay even more wonderful and everything was perfect from our quiet suite with a view to fitting us in last minute for breakfast

This is more like a restaurant with rooms. The rooms are nice, but no WiFi on third floor and smell of food in rooms. Towels smelt like they had been left in washing machine for 3 days. This is NOT a four start hotel. Staff are too busy dealing with restaurant to care. Fine at 100 euros but stupid at 200

We loved our stay so much we booked another night for the trip back. Albi is a beautiful village and the hotel is situated perfectly. On a more quiet street but very walkable to the cathedral, musée de Toulous-Laurtrec, the new walking bridge (very scenic), restaurants and more. The hotel has beautiful spacious rooms that are well equipped. The restaurant (be sure to reserve it books up) was phenomenal. If you require parking be sure to reserve or be okay parking yourself and walking. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ve been around France for near a month and this is the best hotel yet! Also a great restaurants inside and a great breakfast …. 10/10!

The location is perfect, in the exquisite old town, within easy walking distance of the cathedral and Toulouse-Lautrec museum.

Best of all, breakfast! At Alchimy this is NOT one of those ghastly international buffets offered by 99% of hotels, with lukewarm trays of rubbery eggs, flabby bacon and (horror of horrors) baked beans. Breakfast here was a breath of fresh air. We were led to our table which was already laid with a basket of fresh fruit, and another of wonderful fresh bread and croissants, good butter and jam. A pot of delicious home-made yoghurt was also offered, plus juices and coffee/tea. A proper French petit déj - bravo!

Lovely hotel, situated very centrally but extremely quiet. All rooms individually designed and very comfortable.

The Alchimy Hotel is a very fine hotel. I stayed there for a week and enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are very comfortasble. The food is excellent. I would certainly stay there again if I were to return to Albi.

The hotel is well located in downtown Albi . Great service from the moment you enter. Rooms are very well decorated and immaculate! Has its own parking ! The food at the restaurant is very good . Breakfast is not abundant but tasty. Definitely recommended!

If you want to experience a unique hotel in a beautiful town then look no further than the Alchimy. The welcome, the rooms, the service and the evening food is of the highest quality and we will go back there again.

The only negative comment we have is about the breakfast as following the excellence of the evening meal we expected, at the least, a large selection at a buffet breakfast but instead we just had a basket of bread and croissants, an orange juice and a coffee so for €12.50 disappointing :-(

Very kind staff and a beautiful boutique hotel. Centrally located. The rooms are lovely and the bathrooms are very elegant. The staff was very accommodating with any of my questions and they went above and beyond with a pleasant smile. Laura was particularly helpful. I also enjoyed my dinner at the restaurant very much.

We stayed here for two nights in early October. The rooms are lovely and very well appointed. The staff are incredible. Very accommodating and anxious to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect. The dinner in the restaurant was SUPERB. Cannot recommend it enough. You must stay here!

Small hotel with great facilities. Parking was great in their own garage just steps away.
Nice contemporary room. Large bathroom. Good location in lovely town. Shame we couldn’t stay longer or try the restaurant. All very attractive looking surroundings. One to revisit. We went to see the Toulouse Lautrec museum and loved the display and the building.

Fabulous hotel - really stylish and great attention to detail. We enjoyed a night here and recommend the breakfast which included fresh fruit and yoghurt as well as the usual bread and viennoiseries.
Dinner was superb in the elegant restaurant and is clearly a spot favoured by locals.

C'est la deuxième fois que je descends à l'Alchimie, cette fois pour un séjour privé, tout comme ma dernière venue pour organiser une réunion régionale, tout était parfait.
Le personnel est aux petits soins, l'hôtel est "atypiquement" génial, déco, environnement. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de goûter à nouveau aux plats préparés avec goûts comme lors de mon dernier passage. Je ne manquerai de m'organiser autrement pour y remédier.
