NIce friendly hotel - close to front. good VFM
Pros:

handy location. friendly staff . fast check in

Cons:

asked for ground floor for my elderly mother. which was provided. But room has a step in the floor which isnt too easy for a 96 year old in middle of night

The room was very large , only one chair to sit on when really for a,double roon there should be,two . No rubber no slim bath mat to use,when you shower

Too far to walk . They did ot service,out room for the,3 nights we,stayed,Every mornings at breakfast the dinning room was full & some,tables want cleared, only 1 nember of staff

A wonderful seaside retreat with a great location, comfortable rooms, and a warm, welcoming atmosphe
Pros:

The location is absolutely superb — right by the seafront with stunning views of Llandudno Bay from the window. The room was comfortable and the hotel had a charming, classic character. Perfect for a relaxing short break by the sea.

It was just what i expected for the price I paid. The member of staff was lovely. Helpful.
Pros:

Location excellent. Breakfast just what it says. Continental. He looked after me .

Cons:

I couldn’t lock my door from inside so they offered a room change. It was a shame as I lost the sea view and a room that was nicer. I could have kicked up a fuss but I didn’t want to as I paid very little.

Very welcomed. So cosy. Lovely view. Staff so friendly tom and partner. Had a great 😃 chat felt like family. So posh and quiet and peaceful just what I needed. Been a hard year didn't want to leave better than Broadway hotel. Very friendly.
