A relaxing, comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyable stay. I would happily return!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at The Manor Hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the space. The location was excellent, with lovely views and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and any minor details were negligible compared to the overall great experience.

Nice rooms... Seaview & side Seaview.
The reception & check in was quick & informative
Nice location & free parking if you get a spot outside the hotel.

Cons:

Shower curtain in Seaview room was very old and stained. Also few little bugs in bottom of shower cubicle. Bathroom door in side Seaview room didnt close properly. Both rooms were clean.

Have a caddy next to tea/coffe kettle etc as storing all tea/coffe/milk & sugar in the cups you then have to tip everything out to make a drink..
Member of staff did say they were having a refurb bit by bit.. packs of flooring stacked up in side room at the entrance and pool table moved against the wall. Used as a table. First impressions count,especially visual ones.

Bedding could do with a refresh pillows very flat.
Seaview room could do with a net or blind as its a lovely view but people literally walking past could see right in. (Only in my opinion) u could then move the net/blind if needed.

Pros:

Had a really lovely stay at The Manor Hotel. I stayed in a beachfront room and the view was absolutely beautiful — waking up to the sea in the morning was amazing and definitely made the stay extra special. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was really friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect right on the seafront. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For the cost of the room, we were not expecting luxury but would have hoped a good night sleep
Pros:

The room was a great size and the location was great

Cons:

Both beds were very squeaky, so you couldn’t move in the night without waking the other person. The one window in the bedroom had a rag around the opening at the top so it was obviously leaking and the other opening would not shut. Unfortunately when we stayed there was a storm with the wind whistling through the window that wouldn’t shut, so we had to bung toilet paper in the gap to try and block the noise and during the storm opposite our room was a fire exit and it sounded like things were being blown around and banging in the night, which again did not allow us to have a decent night sleep

Didn’t stay the night, decided to go elsewhere.
Pros:

Sea front location and close to Dylan’s and Venue Cymru.

Cons:

Hotel needs a massive deep clean. Single room is very tired. Window had a pillow case stuffed around the frame presumably because of draft. No hot water to sink only hot water from electric shower. Bed sheets and towels seemed clean but room carpet was manky - would not have walked barefoot. Was told at check-in that the heating was broken (probably why no hot water now I think about it) and provided with an electric oil radiator. I thought it would be ok for one night but it had to be plugged-in to an extension lead, which also had another extension lead plugged into it - a massive fire hazard so I decided safer not to use it. Cheap price on Booking.com but ended up costing me more as I had to go elsewhere; I just could not stay.

Tired! Safety issues! Unclean!

Good location & nice staff. Hotel looks nice from outside

Cons:

Dated! Had to 'insist' that we had booked sea view (which we had!) When directed to street view room. The room was dusty, my motorcycle gear was covered in dust from the floor. Separate bathroom! Shower didn't work! Debris on bathroom floor! Fire doors wedged open throughout the building.
Not impressed! Not the fault of the staff but someone is responsible somewhere.

Basic and cheap, you get what you pay for..
Pros:

Very cheap and cheerful basically, think their doing some work on the place, lot of decorating seemed to be going on.
Right by the seafront though . Dead basic, doubt a girlfriend would stay here lads but for a bloke and his dog for a couple of nights it sufficed.

Cons:

Room wasn't exactly clean, needs a real good going over and didn't look anything like the picture on booking. Com. One very thin duvet and no sheet. 1 pillow and a cushion.all in very thin white covers. Some hairs around the sink, toilet and shower from the previous guest . Not expecting much for the price but should still expect a clean room

The Ups and downs

Close to venue cymru
Proprietor very happy to deal with my issues, ie:
Breakfast: i was allowed to use their sister hotel further down the road to get a full English breakfast.

Bedroom window: it was a very windy weekend, and the window wasn't closing properly, allowing the wind to rattle the window and make a loud gushing sound. I was offered an alternative room but I decided to stay put. Please, please, please fix that window.

Cons:

One reason I chose these hotels is the fact they have free parking. However, the particular weekend i decided to visit, the local council had decided to scrap free parking on the main street, so it was a nightmare to find parking on the side street. If you find free parking, leave your car alone and walk, because your space will be snapped up immediately.

Where do I start when I arrived the first room i was shown was still in renovation as well as that floor the room smelled of fresh paint and the toilet was missing a toilet roll holder the TV didn't work no towels in that room I swapped room the second room didn't have a wardrobe there was no housekeeping same bedding all week and the carpet in the rooms looked like it had not been vacuumed and for breakfast it was just 2 EGGS nothing else and the walk into Llandudno took about 20/25 mins I WONT BE STAY HERE AGAIN £205 OUT THE WINDOW

Pros:

The staff were very polite and carried my suitcase upstairs and downstairs. I had a dog with me. The room was good too. I was warm, and there was a shower that was easy to use.

The Room was small, cluttered , and disheveled. The bedroom carpet was dirty and the bathroom could be cleaner.
Breakfast was a pantomime.
All in all very amateurish.
