Dessa vez deixou a desejar, achei a recepção pouco interessada em resolver problemas relacionadas ao hóspede.

Localização, conforto

Cons:

Falta de cobertor, travesseiro desconfortável com fibras sintéticas que incomodam, pedi para trocar e a recepção disse que não tinham. Janelas sem blecautes.

No geral, muito bom.
Pros:

Localização muito boa, bem como a organização e receptividade.

Cons:

Achei o quarto um pouco apertado, também poderiam atualizar as televisões para Smart TV, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estada no hotel.

Cons:

O chuveiro estava parcialmente entupido, o que prejudicou a experiência de um bom banho, contudo, a água era suficientemente quente para conseguir relaxar após horas de viagem.
