The location is great
Price was a little steep but it was the 4th of July
Everything was really nice. The restaurant downstairs was surprisingly good
The TV didn't work and there were enough towel/clothes hooks in the bathroom. The rooftop bar is ugly & old with a terrible view.
Super practical and chic
Nothing
The location and the friendly staff.
It was not possible to open the window.
Location was great for food and walking to the metro and the National Mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was impeccably clean.
Room is very tiny. Mattress was ok, not bad but not great. Bathroom door doesn't close without a large gap- no wonder they give you a sound machine! Shower curtain wasn't long enough, so water leaks onto the floor. I would have really liked a small mini fridge and coffee maker. We tried the rooftop bar, but they had no beers on draft, and prices were high.
Wonderful staff, very helpful.
The room is cosy and easy to reach.
It's very noisy in the evening, people are shouting outside, music is playing and there is no noise-cancelling windows.
Moreover, beds are quite small and short, so if you are 1.8m height it may be challenging for you to sleep well.
It was loud but they do give you ear plugs and a white noise machine.
I wish the staff knew more about the area. They couldn't give me directions for something that was two blocks away.
Room was totally bad, who told you that who can put restroom next to the bad without any door? extremely noise and bad conditioner. Worst experience ever

It’s was clean & comfortable establish really nice.
Honestly, it’s not that I didn’t like.
The location of the hotel was great, right across from the Gallery Pl-Chinatown metro station. Many options for restaurants and access to the hotel's bar.
Rooms are quite small and does not have a microwave or refrigerator in the room. Have to squeeze pass each other to move around. The elevators are a bit confusing, one goes up to the roof top bar, but have to transfer to a different one to go back to the room.
Centrico a todo y facil acceso al hotel
limpio y comodo para descansar
el baño es muy amplio
todo estuvo bien
Happy hour deal was fantastic!
Food and drinks are 5 star!
Hotel is well maintained.
Right to the heart of Chinatown.
Not really did not like but maybe something to improve in the future:
1. Shower curtain is a little shorter to prevent wet washroom floor especially its a small washroom.
2. For added safety cameras in the hallway?
3. Water refilling station to every floor.
