The room is cosy and easy to reach.
It's very noisy in the evening, people are shouting outside, music is playing and there is no noise-cancelling windows.
Moreover, beds are quite small and short, so if you are 1.8m height it may be challenging for you to sleep well.
It was loud but they do give you ear plugs and a white noise machine.
I wish the staff knew more about the area. They couldn't give me directions for something that was two blocks away.
Room was totally bad, who told you that who can put restroom next to the bad without any door? extremely noise and bad conditioner. Worst experience ever
It’s was clean & comfortable establish really nice.
Honestly, it’s not that I didn’t like.
The location of the hotel was great, right across from the Gallery Pl-Chinatown metro station. Many options for restaurants and access to the hotel's bar.
Rooms are quite small and does not have a microwave or refrigerator in the room. Have to squeeze pass each other to move around. The elevators are a bit confusing, one goes up to the roof top bar, but have to transfer to a different one to go back to the room.

Happy hour deal was fantastic!
Food and drinks are 5 star!
Hotel is well maintained.
Right to the heart of Chinatown.
Not really did not like but maybe something to improve in the future:
1. Shower curtain is a little shorter to prevent wet washroom floor especially its a small washroom.
2. For added safety cameras in the hallway?
3. Water refilling station to every floor.
Exceptional staff, polite attentive. Rooms comfortable and Clean. Micro hotel so room small / cozy like going back to college dorm rooms. Had all essentials shampoo conditioner body wash in full sized bottles. Room cleaned every day of stay fresh towels provided without asking. Just what we needed to attend 2 day music festival.
Neighborhood noisy sirens cars motorcycles reving motors on street. Shabby homeless People asking for money. But this is not the hotels fault. They have sound machines in room and free ear plugs. They have front doors after dark locked /Night Security in lobby. No on site parking. Paid parking garage one street over.
I like the layout of the space. I liked how the small space was used - good storage. Nice amenities! The toiletries were great and the shower!
Not sure how to answer that as I honestly was fine. It was my first time at a micro hotel and I was pleased. The room key was flimsy, but that's me knit picking now.
Mordern with a good bar and common area, good location for transportation
Room very small, no water provided in the room. It is described on the site that it is small but it is very tight when you see it for real.
The stay was pleasant but sometimes there's more to an accomodation than just the stay.
Having to pay a deposit of 100USD/per night (PER NIGHT!?!), which in my case totalled a whopping 1000 USD, which the accomodation still hasn't returned.
Amaka was amazing at the check out !!!! Very professional and great personality. I will always stay here when I’m in town. The Salmon was amazing and the room was top tier. Clean, comfy, and up to date. Thanks for a wow experience !!!
The front desk service was amazing and welcoming
The fact checkout was 11 am. I wanted to stay longer.
Super emplacement.
We met two wonderful people who worked the front desk, Tamesha and Marcus. They were wonderful and so helpful! Marcus really went to great lengths and out of his way to ensure we had a good and comfortable stay. Tamesha was wonderful to talk to she was so fun and lively and also so amazingly helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be coming next time I’m back in DC.
