Ayola First Point Hotel Pekanbaru

I was stay with family for 2 nights. It's wonderful ! Ayola is located in strategic point, you can only walk by to find food court, it's near by starbucks, burger king, and more. good hotel, good service, good food, best stay ever ! Will be back for the good experience.

This is an awesome hotel with an amazing breakfast! Clean, well furnished and decorated, large outdoor pool and close to western restaurants and an Indonesian food court. Best of all, the staff are friendly and always helpful! I recommend Ayola as a top choice.

Resepsionis nya malas melayani, I came to check in at 13.24 and was not served. I think they need a lot of training. they didn't even check my reservation in their system, the lady say like “check in kita jam 2 ya” even though I have given my ID card to fill out the registration but the lady just copy my id card. I came back again at 14.12 to check in But a guy named reza, asked for my ID card back even though I had said that my ID card had been copied before. but he still insisted on asking for my ID card.
and strangely I was given a smoking room
without being told before, I asked why I was given a smoking room without any explanation at all, he said there are no non smoking rooms today without any apologize 🙈

In my opinion, Ayola is the best 3-star hotel in the Panam area, the rooms are comfortable, the swimming pool is clean and doesn't smell of chlorine, the food in the restaurant is also very good, and the employees are very friendly...
Next will stay again at the first Ayola point hotel

Great location and also great service, clean rooms, and best of all is the free airport service. 1st day i arrived early from jakarta and ask for early check in on 8AM,and they are able to provide. Rest of the stay was nothing but satisfactory

All I remembered was that the property looked out of place in a small town. The staff were friendly and the room were luxurious for the price paid. My only criticism was there were no hanging spaces for towels etc. Should have more of similar hotel around the country. Aaaa
