super bediening; door event in centrum, was hotel moeilijk te vinden via GPS; we contacteerden hotel en deze sprong onmiddelijk in hun wagen om ons tot het hotel te gidsen. TOP

Hôtel bien situé au coeur de la ville, parking extérieur gratuit dans l'enceinte de l'établissement, accueil de qualité avec intervention immédiate en cas de problème, chambre propre et bien équipée. Là où nous étions logés, séjour très calme. Enfin, excellent petit-déjeuner en self-service à 17€ mais qui les vaut bien!
Téléviseurs, quasiment pas de chaînes françaises : TV5 Monde, France 24, comme dans tous les pays du monde. Aucune chaîne wallone alors que la Wallonie est à environ 10 km! Pour les chaînes infos en français : avant on avait BFM TV, cette fois-ci mise "hors réception". Il y a pourtant une grande diversité de chaînes en flamand, en anglais, en allemand, en italien, en espagnol.. Discrimination?
J'ai fait cette remarque à plusieurs reprises mais aucune amélioration n'a été apportée, cela semble du domaine de l'impossible!
L'accueil est toujours fort agréable et personnellement je viens dans cet hôtel depuis 2011. Le buffet du petit déjeuner qui est le plus complet et diversifié que nous avons connu et d'une très grande qualité !
