L’accoglienza è il punto forte.
L’ambiente confortevole. Il bagno ampio.
Il rumore dell’acqua che scorre è molto rilassante

L'accoglienza e il servizio in generale . Abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa mezz'ora per farci aprire...al telefono non rispondeva nessuno nonostante avessimo detto l'orario di arrivo.....attese anche per la colazione. La valutazione è mediocre

Bella struttura al centro del paese abbastanza funzionale proprio sul ruscello dal quale si poteva godere tutta la frescura

Beautiful location, gorgeous room and view. Lucia on reception couldn’t do enough to help us with anything we needed, we will definitely be back! Breakfast was more than accommodating, allowing us to sleep in, take food to our rooms, etc etc!

Cons:

We had a few things to contact Lucia about. We couldn’t connect to the WiFi from our room, only when we got close to the main area of the hotel and we couldn’t resolve it through our stay. Our one balcony door didn’t open. We didn’t have any cups for a drink, on arrival etc. All minor things and didn’t impact our stay.

Worth bearing in mind that the hotel isn’t always manned. Only in the mornings I think. Any contact for any issues is just a text away.

A Campagna per la chiena
Pros:

Posiziione centralissima esterni dell'hotel bellissimi con un panorama stupendo sul fiume

Cons:

per un 4 stelle la stanza non era all'altezza delle mie aspettative piccola e con poche comoditè in bagno servirebbe qualche altra luce
epoi solo una piccola finestra per il tipo di camera mi aspettavo almeno un piccolo balconcino
secondo me la stanza non valeva la spesa

La giusta pausa dal mondo
Pros:

Siamo tornati una seconda volta in meno di 1 anno per festeggiare il nostro anniversario, lo staff è stato perfetto, ha soddisfatto oltre le aspettative la richiesta di sorpresa con prosecco, ghiaccio e fiori in stanza. Abbiamo pranzato al ristorante e la cucina è stata ottima. Campagna è un piccolo pezzo di cuore ormai e questo posto fa un po' da casa.

La posizione è davvero caratteristica. A picco sul fiume e con la vista sulla cascata e lo scrosciare dell'acqua ti proietta davvero in un altro mondo. La struttura è tenuta benissimo ed è pulitissima, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Lucia alla reception è davvero top. Ottima colazione!!!

il letto matrimoniale era composto da due letti singoli, forse è meglio mettere un materasso matrimoniale

Un bel weekend!
Pros:

La location è straordinaria vicino ad un fiume ed una cascata, il ristorante molto molto bello

Cons:

Il bagno non è da 4 stelle, non sapevamo dove appoggiare la valigia e il frigo bar era vuoto, spento e senza acqua...nessuno alla reception a cui chiedere l' acqua
