Pros:

La struttura è meravigliosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e resa unica dall’affaccio sul fiume. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La colazione deliziosa e con grande varietà di dolci. La stanza seppur non molto grande era dotata di ogni comfort. Peccato non aver provato la cucina del loro ristorante, ma recupereremo al prossimo soggiorno che sicuramente faremo a breve.

La struttura è stupenda. Ambiente caldo, stanze profumate e pulite. Tutta via, la stanza "Bascula" è la più attrezzata e accogliente, mentre la stanza "Mugnaio", seppur sempre pulita, riporta meno confort ed è sicuramente più piccola. Il servizio è stato accogliente grazie alla disponibilità di Lucia. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Cons:

Sarebbe stato gradito essere stati informati in anticipo sul costo aggiuntivo del cambio di asciugamani, e qualora il servizio di colazione in camera preveda una aggiunta, anche questo dovrebbe essere specificato in anticipo, sebbene il personale sia stato gentile nel prendersene carico.

Hotel in una dimora storica di rara bellezza che affaccia direttamente sul fiume del paese, molto affascinante. Stanza curata, pulita, accogliente e calda. Buona colazione, staff cortese.

Piacevole.
Pros:

Check-in con Benedetta che ci ha accolto benissimo rendendosi disponibile in tutto. Struttura perfetta, è carina come in foto. Il torrente generato dalla cascata nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura e la posizione proprio al centro del piccolo borgo ci ha regalato una sorprendente e piacevole vista. Molto soddisfatta della scelta.

La delusione per il fatto che io abbia scelto una struttura anche in base alla colazione inclusa, convinta che fosse in struttura, al caldo e soprattutto da 4stelle, mentre invece purtroppo tocca farla al bar adiacente.
