Dream come true
Pros:

The location was perfect . Staff were wonderful . Loved the rooms .Has been my dream since a child to stay to visit Neuschwanstein Castle and not only did that come true but also staying in a hotel overlooking the castle . Perfect location . Out room had a cute balcony too. Front desk staff were amazing and so accommodating regarding my elderly mother . Breakfast was very good . Would highly recommend

Väl värt ett besök.
Pros:

Området är fantastiskt vackert. Frukosten var riktigt bra och hotellets restaurang bjöd på en trevlig meny. Trevligt med uteservering att nyttja under eftermiddagen. Snabbladdare finns i närheten.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

The location was as perfect as it can get! The staff were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

Cons:

The room lacks air conditioning, so opening doors and windows was a must, but there was a fan in the room so it was tolerable during a warm summer night.

Location great for visiting the castle, room very comfortable and quiet, breakfast was excellent.
Pros:

We were upgraded and the room was lovely and spacious. Very quiet as well. Breakfast was wonderful

Cons:

It would have been nice if the room had a better set up for using the computer although we made do.

We loved every second
Pros:

A very welcoming hotel, thanks to all the lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded and had a wonderful terrace looking at the mountains and the Schloss. Perfect location a few steps from the horse carriages, restaurants, shops and bus stop. Our doggie was made very welcome with a water bowl, dinner bowl and her own doggie bed which was adorable

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room but the fan supplied is really effective

Super Hotel kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel, Frühstück alles da was das Herz begehrt, Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, wir sind mit dem Motorrad angereist, und wurden sehr gut empfangen. Abendessen war auch sehr gut.
