Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Müller was truly exceptional. The rooms were beautiful, and all of our rooms had wonderful views of Neuschwanstein Castle. Waking up and seeing this iconic castle from our rooms made the experience incredibly special and is something we will always remember.

The housekeeping was meticulous, and everything was maintained with great care and attention to detail.

What stood out just as much as the hotel itself was the staff. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and always smiling. The reception team was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were proactive and attentive, and the service felt genuinely personal rather than simply routine.

The history and character of Hotel Müller also made our stay particularly meaningful. Staying here felt like much more than simply staying at a hotel — it felt like being part of the history and atmosphere of Hohenschwangau, even if only for a few days. We were very happy to have had that experience.

I would also like to offer a sincere apology to the gentleman who was working at the crystal shop on the evening of September 10. We walked in and immediately started speaking in English without first asking whether he spoke English. He was offended by this and expressed his feelings to us verbally. It was our second visit to the shop, and because we already knew from our previous visit that the staff spoke English, we simply started the conversation in English without thinking. There was absolutely no disrespect intended toward him, the German language, or local culture.

Overall, Hotel Müller gave us a wonderful and memorable experience. Between the spectacular location, incredible views of Neuschwanstein Castle, beautiful rooms, meticulous housekeeping, excellent service, and genuinely welcoming staff, this was one of those stays that became an important part of the trip itself.

Cons:

Its about time to upgrade the spring mattresses.

De ligging was top

Cons:

De kamer rook muf en was gedateerd. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Er was in het dorp verder niets meer open na 21:00 uur, dat was wel jammer. Je moest dan verderop naar een ander dorp.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt. Das Zimmer war sehr OK und auch sehr ruhig. Frühstück war angemessen.

Cons:

Mit 10 Minuten Fußweg vom hoteleigenen Parkplatz zum Hotel kann man leben.
