Ganz zentrale Lage und vom Restaurant blickt man auf das erleuchtete Schloss Neuschwanstein. Sehr gute Weinauswahl und leckeres Essen. Zuvorkommender Service.

Gran ubicacion desayuno y parking
Pros:

La mejor ubicación que puedes tener si vas a visitar los castillos. El camino de ascenso empieza en la puerta del hotel, también es donde se encuentra la parada de carruajes. Atención de todo el personal excelente y muy colaborativos. Dispone de plazas de aparcamiento en la puerta para los dias de alojamiento y el dia que dejas el hotel, sin duda el mejor aparcamiento de la zona. El desayuno sencillo pero de excelente calidad y con unas vistas increíbles al castillos desde el comedor. Habitación como camas cómodas y buen baño.

Le vendría bien una ligera actualización de las habitaciones, pero aún asi son cómodas y acojedpras

Hervorragend und wundervoll
Pros:

Ich war zwar nur 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel, aber besonders hat mir der Standort gefallen. Es war soo Zentral an den Sehenswürdigkeiten, am Schloss, Restaurants, Shops, Kutschenfahrt etc. Das Personal war motiviert und liebevoll. Es war fantastisch!

Cons:

Nur der unangenehme Geruch im Bad, aber das war nicht so schlimm.

Das Hotel befindet sich im Herzen der Schlösser in der Nähe von Alpensee, Pferdekutsche Sehr höfliches Personal! Schönes Restaurant mit Blick auf das Schloss! Jeder hasst es, es zu besuchen, und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin zurückkehren! Vielen Dank!!

素敵な時間を過ごす事ができました。
Pros:

お部屋をグレードアップしていただき、ノイシュバンシュタイン城をお部屋から見る事が出来るお部屋でした。４人部屋でとても広く、ゆったりとソファーでくつろぐ事もできました。ノイシュバンシュタイン城へのシャトルバス乗り場にも近く便利でした。宿泊者はホテル併設のお土産屋さんが１０％オフになりました。併設されているレストランもとても素敵で美味しくいただきました。
