Pros:

So close to the Armory, iykyk. Nice, decently priced parking garage close by, nice clean bathroom, loved the shower with a rain feature. Big, city view windows, friendly staff and comfortable beds.

The bathroom was beautiful, the beds were nice and comfy! the front desk clerk was very nice and friendly! super kind people, very helpful with directions to the specific places we needed to go, she didn't rush or or seem rushed either which we loved.

The lady at the front desk was super helpful and kind.

Cons:

The traffic lol and there wasn't exactly a place to pull up to to check into the hotel. I had to drive around the block twice and park somewhere just to get into the building.

Convenient and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Two front check-in women. One was not customer friendly and was difficult with me not bringing me my ID and making a third party reservation the second person stepped in and made the transition very easy. We stayed in room 307 and the bathroom door did not lock. In addition we were in downtown Minneapolis and the rooms were very loud in the sense of hearing the doors from the hallways slamming which woke me up several times in the night.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel and pet friendly stay, oh n beds are so comfy.
Pros:

So thankful there was still parking available to purchase. I love the fact the hotel is pet friendly.

Cons:

The checking in (3pm)staff was not friendly. And when I asked a question she looked at me like I needed to stand a listen to her speech about the hotel. And when I told her I had a pet she said ok. But then called me at room phone to say I need to come sign a pet thingy. Just not impressed with the one staff person I had. I was so happy to stay at the hotel again n she just made it like I was inconveniencing her.
