Great location with a safe environment and easy parking. Very close to the concert venue I attended. I will definitely stay here again. 10/10!
I didn't like anything about this place
Dirty, smelly, bathroom was definitely infested with mold, my entire party got sick. Floors were dirty, im allergic to dogs, so I wasted an epi pen at this place. Had no idea there were pet hotels, so I didn't even think to look. Overall gross experience and my company thought so as well.
Good location if you want to stay close to Bank Stadium for any event
I was so disappointed with the check in that my whole experience in the hotel got spoiled. I had made my booking through booking.com, confirmed and even got charged in full 2 days before my stay, but me and my child arrived, the hotel staff wouldn't let us check in claiming there was no booking done, they kept saying since it was done by a "third party" there was nothing they could do, I stayed over an hour sitting on the lobby trying to speak with someone from booking or the hotel management, got late for an appointment I had at the Mall of America and didn't know what to do, the only reassurance was that I could get another room as they still had availability, but Id have to pay again, whereas my previous booking was already without any refund , eventually, after what It felt the longest time, they said they could "let me" go to the room and sort out next day. Next day I got told they had a connectivity problem with booking. Com but all was good. They found my reservation. Of course. Barely any apology, disregard to my previous night distress and no service recovery, not even a free breakfast. Could have done better. Disappointed.

The guy waiter we had at breakfast... his personality was awesome... loved his sense of humor...
How loud the drunk people were at 2am we were on the forth floor and you could hear people slamming doors and runn8ng up and down the hall
It was close to the Viking stadium.
My key wouldn’t let me in the doors. Other people came and opened the outside doors. What’s with that weird light over the table in my room. Needs to be more tv channel options.
Great location near to US Bank Stadium. Comfy room with funky decor. Mini fridge and coffee/ hot water maker in room. Bed was comfortable. Clean.
Just an FYI their parking lot is small so after that is full, parking is in a parking garage a block away. It was easy to access and an easy walk.

Bed we're comfortable. Excellent bathrooms. Very clean. Bar had excellent service and the kitchen was good. Big portions and good prices. Great fun room. Old school video table with games from the 80s. Even can do 2 player! Front desk people were friendly and helpful. The 2 I had were excellent hires.
Door shut very loud. You can hear every door on your floor close.
