Pros:

We got a room with a approx 20x20 cm hole in the bathroom leading into the entrance hall.
We got a new room but it was tricky as nobody seems to speak english there.
In the second room most of the sockets did not work. At the last day the air condotion broke due to an accident on the street - which was not their fault
