Nice and clean hotel, excellent in every way, Highly recommend!
Pros:

Excellent 5:30 kickback and morning breakfast, plus 2 drinks per person every night of our stay. Staff are very friendly and nice people. Popcorns available for guest too. Very comfortable room and plenty of towels provided. Overall very nice hotel. Highly recommend when you go to Charlotte.

We'll be back, a great place to stay when visiting Charlotte.
Pros:

Awesome breakfast with fresh bananas and biscuits & gravy (my favorites, but neither very common).
Also nearly instant hot water for the shower and bathroom sink. This was on the fifth floor. No waiting.
Also a pleasant surprise, a dinner buffet and a couple of drinks (beer, wine, or cocktails) included with the room.
Every staff member we met was smiling, helpful, welcoming.

Cons:

This is a stretch to find something that could have been better, and the only thing I could think of might be flavored coffee whitener like French Vanilla or Hazelnut in addition to regular Half & Half. Obviously not a deal breaker.

Fantastic place to stay that I never knew about
Pros:

Value, friendly staff, many small amenities like the popcorn I was not expecting, would definitely stay again, indoor/outdoor pool really cool, had a great day!

Cons:

The suite wasn't ready, and I requested an early check in, that I never got back to, but clerk at front desk was great in working with me
