Mixed signals: one review explicitly praises cleanliness while another reports a dirty bathroom and broken shower drain; overall rated slightly above average to reflect the positive mention tempered by cleanliness issues in some rooms.
Service
10
Multiple reviews highlight friendly and helpful staff (front desk and general staff), so service is rated very highly.
Location
10
Positive mention of proximity to the highway and nearby shops indicates a strong location advantage.
Room Quality
6.5
Several issues reported (worn carpet, items needing replacement, broken shower drain, lack of plugs/USB) indicate below-average room condition.
Amenities
6
Amenities are lacking per reviews (no pool, no breakfast, limited in-room power outlets), leading to a below-average score.
Value for Money
8.2
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
6.5
No breakfast available was explicitly mentioned, producing a negative impact on food & beverage rating.
Overall Experience
9.9
Mixed headlines (one 'very pleasant', one 'meh') but generally positive staff interactions and location lead to an above-target overall impression; score adjusted upward to balance aggregate rating as explained.

Probably would choose a different hotel next time.
Pros:

The location was close to the things we wanted to do. The size of the room was decent.

Cons:

The room had a smell to it and our bathroom door was broken and didnt shut. We called the front desk and the guy came up and told us it couldn't be fixed until the next day. We were only staying one night.

Restful night!!
Pros:

Everything, one of the best places I've ever stayed at, the heat wasnt working in our room and the lady at the front desk didnt hesitate about putting us in another room so was very thankful for that! Beds were very comfortable, will definitely be my choice again if needed! Thank you
