Staff and management were very helpful and eager to please. One of the best experiences I had in India.

The hotel service was really good. Staffs are friendly and cooperative. Will definitely visit again.

Cafeteria staff poorly trained in western tastes
Keeping, Very little toilet paper, no face cloth one day, no hand till the next day, humidity in the room very high, room was not vacuumed,

Decent stay- not like a proper 5 star as you would expect. Service is good and staff is responsive and polite. Although aircon stopped working at middle of the night and someone tried to fix it 2-3 times in the morning but nothing happened though it was time to checkout.

People at the restaurant dont know how to serve food they will bring you main dish first then the appetizer lol ( explanations appetizer take longer to cook ) they refund me the appetizer but its not about money
Staying is ok bu dont have dinner

Not worth it

The very first room they allowed has dampness on wall. No health faucet in shower area. Not worth the price.

Nice staff and property, in room dining options are great and staff really goes that extra mile to take care of you. its also not in an area where you get stuck in traffic so great location, highly recommend!

The worst five star hotel I have stayed in. Nothing works, including the showers, card machines and the WiFi. Staff don’t care and would rather argue with you than apologise. Jyoti on reception

Hot water issue, shower sprinkler head spraying all over. Not a 5 star hotel based on what is available. Had to wait for 30 min for breakfast and not all items were ready.

1. There is no airport shuttle.Only a taxi service at twice the price is offered.
2. The hotel does not provide complementary ironing of 3 pieces of garments. Other properties offer complimentary 3 piece laundry.
3. The room has a sit down area with a wooden beading which is in deplorable condition.
4. Breakfast had no fresh juice. Only canned orange juice and flavored milk was available.

This hotel was very Pleasant to stay in and the staff was also very hospitable. They were up-to-date with all the COVID regulations and proper sanitization was taken care of.

Wonderful food and service. Spacious room with clean bathroom and comfortable bed.

nice location and spacious property....gym needs to be also prioritized like the hotel room. You feel like the gym is a garage in the basement.
The F&B manager and staff really need to be trained on how to handle guests. Also the hotel receptionist gentleman at the time of checkout needs to be trained on guests handling

Room was good size. The bathroom was the worst design. When you have a shower then the water drains from one corner of the room to the opposite end. So you are left with water across the whole floor
