Rude behaviour by reception and check in

Cons:

Check in desk and reception was very rude. Instead of welcoming the lady started telling about what you can’t do. We wanted to delay our check out by 1-2 hours.. in stead of waiting at airport. I was told come down with luggage. Extremely rude

The prices are too high for the quality and services offered by the hotel.
The room linen wasn’t clean and had a musty smell. I hotel staff was not equipped to help, could not provide solutions to the problems.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Had a fabulous stay! The hotel is centrally located , rooms are specious and well maintained, and the staff is very courteous. The food was excellent, especially the local cuisine .Highly recommended this property for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Pros:

Rooms were big and clean. staffs were well mannered .
Hygiene 10/10 .
Smooth check in and they offered welcome drinks too which I think no hotels do it now a days . All Staffs were very humble .
Hotel was smelling top notch one can feel it as they enter .

Delighted as always
Pros:

I like the property very much, since the last 4-5 years whenever I have visited Patna In have chose This hotel and it always makes me coming back for more.
The corridors and rooms are really spacious, plus the food here is also great and has been since the first time I started coming here, so the consistency.

Fabulous stay - Highly recommended
Pros:

My stay was absolutely fabulous! The hotel is centrally located, the room was spacious and equipped with premium amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive.

A special mention for their Bihari Cuisine Combo available through in-room dining – a must-try for anyone looking to experience authentic local flavors.

Would definitely recommend this place to others!
