スタッフの方々の対応、屋上の開放感が良い
Pros:

スタッフの方々がみなさんとても親切でした。家族の荷物を1人で運んでいると手伝ってくださいました。型通りの機械的な対応ではなく、自然な感じが良いかったです。
屋上の眺め開放感が気持ちよかったです。

Cons:

お部屋はきれいで整っていました！唯一困ったのがエアコンが部屋のコンパクトさに対してパワフルで、1番風を弱くしても強くて寒く感じるため、たびたび消したりつけたりしました。

Schönes Zimmer mit Traumaussicht.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Aussicht gebucht. Wir haben ein Zimmer ganz am Ende des Flurs bekommen. Im 9. Stock. Es war sehr ruhig. Die Fenster und Wände isolieren gut. Zimmer und Bad klein, wussten wir aber. Aussicht wunderschön auf Fluss und Skytree. Obwohl ausgebucht kam der Aufzug immer schnell. Kaffeemaschine sehr leise und sauber. Milch gibt es im Konbini gegenüber. Dachterrasse traumhaft. Asakusa ein sehr schönes Viertel, v.a. Abends ruhig und der Tempel wunderschön beleuchtet. Personal sehr freundlich. Hat unser Gepäck ins Hotel nach Kyoto geschickt. Es gibt 2 U-Bahn Stationen daneben. Kamen überall hin. Vom/zum Flughafen Haneda direkte Keiku Linie ohne Umsteigen.

Cons:

Alles bestens.

Simple and cozy.
Pros:

Most of the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. What I like about this hotel chain (compared to a larger chain) is that the staff are more attentive to their costumers. The morning snacks are great.

Pros:

Las vistas desde su terraza son increíbles.

Cons:

Una vez que dejas el alojamiento sus políticas fueron abusivas cobrándonos por guardar las maletas y pudiendo solamente guardarlas hasta las 18:00. Nos condicionó la parte final del viaje y no pudimos disfrutarla bien. Un error en hacia el confort de sus clientes.

Pros:

The hotel smelled amazing. The pajamas were so comfy I bought some to take home. The rooftop was beautiful and the location was amazing! Super close to Asakusa station!

Cons:

The room was very small so didnt hold our luggage very well. Felt very cramped.

It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. We love the location and view from my room is the Tokyo tow

Location
When we check in the staff is pleasant, accommodating and did her best to assist us.

Cons:

I understand for my hygienic purposes we cant use the bottle for getting water from dispenser.
May i suggest that a disposable cups be available for use.

Because of limited space we can only leave our bags for a very short period of time-i wish you can extend the alloted time.

Excelente hotel, ótimo custo benefício
Pros:

Localização excelente. Mesmo o quarto sendo pequeno, tem espaço para as malas embaixo da cama. A equipe foi atenciosa. Além de tudo, o hotel tem um belo terraço.

Cons:

Os travesseiros são pouco confortáveis, talvez por diferença de costume.
