Pros:

De locatie is geweldig! Dicht bij de metrolijnen en Asakusa. Ook het personeel is heel vriendelijk. De kamers zijn netjes en goed. Ook het koffiezetapparaat is heel goed!

Cons:

Het matras was iets aan de dunne en harde kant. De kamer was ook niet enorm voor ons als twee lange jongens maar dat is te verwachten in Tokio.

We had a lovely four night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Great location. Walk to Senso-ji temple Sky Tree and river walk. Excellent shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy transfer to Narita Airport.
Rooftop area scenery was spectacular

Room lighting.
Step up into bathroom
Very small room
This room was the most expensive one I booked for our 14 day trip it was also the smallest.

Decent hotel but very small bathroom
Pros:

Good location. Daily one bread and drink is included between 0600 and 0900. Nice view from roof terrace

Cons:

Bathroom is too small. Same tap for shower and sink. When asked if our room was ready before check in time, they said i could check in early if the room was clean but for 2000 yen per hour. Some extra service would have been appreciated, if the room is empty and cleaned why not provide this at no costs? Most guests check out early anyway

A grest location, great view on the rooftop, but it’s super small and expensive.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is 10/10. It’s next to Asakusa station, which is a direct line to Narita Airport. I was pleasantly surprised by that they had a rooftop, where you can have an amazing view of the surroundings and SkyTree. Love the free amenities and free snacks from 6 am till 9am. There are spaces under the bed to put our luggages.

Cons:

It’s super small and you have barely space to walk without bumping into each other (if you are two). I booked 3 rooms and 2 of the rooms had the hardest surface to sleep on (the mattresses were super thin, not comfortable). The bathroom space is incredibly small. Super expensive rooms.

Pros:

Hotel was nice and clean and the staff was helpfull when we wanted to ask something. View from terrace on the top floor was great a we enjoyed spending evenings up there
Room was on smaller side, but that is probably true for most Tokio hotels in this area.
We had futon bed so you should know if you like it or not :-)

Pros:

景観が素敵。屋上に自由に行けたし、スカイツリーの夜景と隅田川が最高でした。

Cons:

部屋が狭かった（笑）小さなテーブルと椅子があれば、朝食のパンを美味しくいただけたなぁ…　連泊したので、コーヒーのカップの予備があれば有難かった。

A Convenient, Comfortable, Clean Chamber so close to everything, yet quiet and perfectly located
Pros:

I like the futons in the room. Gave us a sense of legitimate Japan. The rooftop view of the city was spectacular. The view of Sumida River and the bridges was wonderful; especially with SkyTree as the backdrop. Staff was more than helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location with respect to the train station was remarkable and convenient.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little squishy but we managed. I love the engineering of the sink faucet swinging over either the sink or the bathtub. We were unable to go onto the balcony. But that was ok as we took advantage of the rooftop view.
