Pros:

Mooie kamers 15 min van centrum goede bedden heel rustig gelegen mooie tuin prachtig zwembad met ligbedden in het water verwacht geen animatie of luide muziek maar zalig ontstressen , buiten ontbijten aan het zwembad of op het terras alles vers en heel persoonlijk naar wens , de prijzen van restaurant wel wat duur en verder niets in de buurt om te eten maar voor ons Topverblijf !!

Séjour au top en famille, un endroit très reposant, un service irréprochable! Personnel respectueux et au service de ses clients. Accueil chaleureux, encore un grand merci à Chaima et Mehdi et tout le reste du personnel dont je ne connais pas le prénom lol

Don't trust the hotel neither hotels.Com
Pros:

After I did my confirmation of the booking. And once I arrived to the hotel. The manager of the hotel asked to leave because the hotel was privatised between the time we did the booking and the time we arrived to hotels. And this dituation was not his problem.

The discussion happened outside the hotel because they didn't allowed us to acceed the reception.

Second bad thing relocation agent of hotels.Com agreed to relocate me at another hotel and that I will be refunded the difference. Two weeks later no refund executed.

On arrival there was no reservation
Pros:

The hotel wasn't ready, the pool was dirty. The whole hotel was upside down and the money spent on getting to the hotel wasn't refunded. My afternoon was wasted.
