Pros:

The staff made this hotel special. Adeesha De Alwis was an excellent stand out for us. He was confident, extremely kind, capable (this mattered), held a calm and composed presence throughout even when it was beyond busy at the front desk, with 100 odds guests checking in or out. The young man represented the hotel with remarkable poise.

Ok ok stay
Pros:

Property is good food is good .

Cons:

Rooms are stinking with drainage smell. No proper ac . Towels were provided after asking a lot of times. Worst housekeeping . Soaps and shampoos are given in small bottles even though we booked a suite room . Kettle was not clean .

Pros:

Location was really good. Buffet was nice. Rooms are not bad.

Cons:

Only provided with 1 key where other hotels provided 2 keys for the room. Had a problem with aircon. Turned ot off due to extreme cold when we arrived from the pool but had a difficulty in turning it on since it got locked.

Relaxing Stay !
Pros:

Just loved this hotel! Every room has an ocean view, which makes the experience feel special from the moment you arrive. I also loved the open-air design of the hotel and its beautiful, airy lobbies.

The pool was fantastic, with plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas available, so it never felt crowded. The restaurants offered halal food, which was a huge plus, and the non-alcoholic mojitos were excellent.

Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met, making our stay comfortable and memorable. I would happily stay here again.

Pleasant Stay, But the Property Needs Refreshing
Pros:

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room itself was comfortable and generally well presented, and the food was a highlight. Breakfast and dinner had a good variety and quality, and I would recommend booking half board as I felt it offered good value. Service and hospitality were perfectly fine overall, and the stay was enjoyable.

Cons:

The hotel as a whole would benefit from a refresh. The corridors, elevators and general common areas felt dated and lacked the premium feel expected at this level.

The biggest disappointment was the bathroom felt it had been created out of leftover space rather than thoughtfully designed. The shower area was very dark and felt quite enclosed, and the toilet cubicle was similarly claustrophobic. The cabinetry and fittings throughout the bathroom felt low quality and did not feel in keeping with the rest of the room.

I had booked a sea view room, but in reality the view was predominantly of the garden, with only a partial view of the sea from one side.

TV doesn't play Netflix.

수영장과 침대가 푹신하고 깨끗하고 해서 푹 자고 상쾌하게 일어났습니다.

Cons:

조식이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 제가 좋아하는 소세지(돼지)가 없고 치킨 소세지만 있어서 조금 아쉬웠고 계란복음밥도 없어 아쉬웠습니다.
