Pros:

We found the service to be rather slow. Restaurant at breakfast time was crowded and somewhat chaotic.

Cons:

No queuing system seemed to be in place at the various food counters.

It was an excellent stay for a couple for a reasonable price . Gave us a luxurious feeling.

We were given a key to somebody elses room upon checkin. at 8 pm. Our room should have been ready but instead we walked into a room occupied by someone else.

Next Morning, the housekeepong staff opened our room after ringing one bell with the master key without our consent.

Amazing! Galle has really surprised us ❤️
Pros:

Amazing location, food, pool, view and above all the staff!
Yazu is the best restaurant in Galle. Gaili the server was a star 👍

Снимите бренд Редисон с этого отеля и не позорьте международное имя.
Pros:

Понравилось всего 2 вещи:
- человек, который ответственный за чистую и красивую территорию + бар у бассейна. Правда он на своём месте и его персонал работает хорошо. Чисто, аккуратно, уборка пляжа от мусора медленная, но она есть!
- я попросила организовать красивый стол и торт на день рождения мужа и получила это вовремя и без лишних напоминаний, за что спасибо большое

Cons:

- отель позиционирует себя как семейный (есть детский бассейн, игровая комната, стульчики для кормления, при въезде выдают стикеры и разукрашку ). При этом кровать для ребенка мы просили ШЕСТЬ раз (первый раз за 2 недели до приезда и получили подтверждение), детский матрас был очень грязный, в самой детской кровати из-за ее старости торчали гвозди и металлические соединения. На шведской линии на обед и ужин не острой еды НЕТ (я имею ввиду полный 0, тоесть даже овощи на пару "диетические" засыпаны чёрным перцем полностью ), кушать было нечего не только ребёнку но и мне. Вечером без какого-либо анонса танцы и шоу во время ужина предполагали артистов, которые глотали огонь и обжигали себе руки. Вопрос: как вообще вы это допускаете в семейном отеле? В зале было больше 10 семей с детьми, которым вы даете идею пойти глотать спички с огнём дома!!! И мы бы и рады встать и уйти, но нет куда, потому что в отеле 1 отдельный ресторан и он индийский (с очень острой едой).
- мой муж после первого ужина сильно отравился, больше на шведской линии мы не обедали и не ужинали
- в номере грязный пол как до, так и после уборки горничных. Половина светильников не работала, поэтому вечером в номере сумерки. Изголовье кровати, диван и подушки грязные до невозможного.
- нас поселили в семейный номер. У нас была межкомнатная дверь в соседний номер. Нас это не смущало, дверь закрыли да и все. НО, на вторую ночь у администратора хватило ума поселить во вторую комнату гостей из Китая. А это туристы, которые не знают английского, очень громко разговаривают, не идут на контакт и не открывают двери когда звонишь им и просишь потише. Как можно заселить в семейный номер разных гостей???

Какая разница выдаете ли вы при заселении ваучеры на бесплатное пиво или какие то скидки , если у вас абсолютно не налажены БАЗОВЫЕ вещи: чистота, порядок, наличие еды для людей из разных стран и эта еда должна быть свежая.

The location was the only good thing. Never going back.
Pros:

The location is perfect and the staff were very friendly. The service was good.

Cons:

The rooms were very small and the bathroom was old and needed upgrading. For the money we paid we felt the room was not worth it. For a 5 star hotel I would expect more as a 4 star hotel we stayed in was amazing when compared to this as they that better rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet.

A very pleasant stay.
Pros:

The staff were excellent as was the food and facilities.

Cons:

It stated that the hotel was central Galle.. this was not so.
Our room had a connecting door to the room next door. We could hear our neighbours coughing and snoring clearly through the door. They also had a child!! This has happened to us on previous booking. Com bookings( ie last week in Kandy The Radh)

Home away from home because of lovely hosts.
Pros:

The Hosts, Vasanti, Kavindini and Anjuna gave us such a warm and lovely welcome.
We loved their hospitality so much that we extended another day of stay at Radisson Blu Galle. All thanks to this team for making us feel at home away from home.

Best place to stay when in Galle for a wholesome experience visiting Sri Lanka
