Pros:

Tot personalul a fost foarte amabil. Zona de Spa extraordinara , foarte curată , ambianta calda și relaxantă. Zona de bar - restaurant foarte elegantă , servirea foarte prompta , mâncarea foarte bună , porțiile generoase, iar prețurile foarte foarte accesibile! Zona de grill - restaurant , foarte frumos amenajată . Micul dejun diversificat și cu produse gustoase , cafeaua intensă și cu gust foarte bun.

Camere frumos amenajate, curatenie, mic dejun foarte bun si gustos. Zona de spa de asemenea foarte frumoasa. Recomand!

Pros:

Locația este frumoasă, amplasată foarte bine. Mall-ul este chiar lângă.
Doamnele de la masaj sunt foarte pricepute, mâncarea este gustoasă.

Cons:

Căldura din camere. Nu am putut regla nicicum termostatul, am dormit doua nopți cu geamul deschis.
La spa, nu ne-am putut relaxa. Pe jacuzzi scrie clar “intratul copiilor este interzis “, dar am fost deranjata si lovita în permanență de copii care inotau in jacuzzi.
In piscina care nu este foarte mare, la fel. Copii care săreau, desi se menționa ca nu au voie. Consider ca ar trebui un responsabil acolo. Sa supravegheze și să intervină. Nu mi se pare normal sa platesc pentru relaxare si sa nu mă pot bucura de ea.
