Great value for money with a pool hotel!
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast and the staff were so friendly and informative. Very comfy beds and great, hot shower. I really liked being by the salt flats, super interesting. AC worked great and the pool was a godsend! Amazing

Cons:

It could do with a general touch up, the room was quite tired. But it was well equipped.

Excellent Stay at Jade Green Hotel, Hambantota

We had a very pleasant one-night stay at Jade Green Hotel, Hambantota during a business trip. The hotel has a lovely, peaceful environment, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious, calm, quiet, clean, and well maintained. The bathrooms are also impressively large and comfortable.

From the reception staff to everyone we interacted with, the service was excellent. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

What impressed us the most was their honesty and excellent customer service. We accidentally left my husband’s blazer in the cupboard and didn’t realize it until the hotel called us the very next day to inform us. We were extremely grateful for their attentiveness. They even arranged to send the blazer to us by courier, which was truly appreciated.

The food was also delicious and tasty, and overall, we felt that the hotel offers excellent value for money.

We would definitely recommend Jade Green Hotel to anyone visiting Hambantota. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and pleasant!

Disappointing choice.
Pros:

It was not hygienically in good order hence we never checked in. They offered a different room upon arrival to the one they promised on a higher floor. Wash rooms carried a foul smell and whole property needs standards raised.,

Disappointed as looked luxurious on the website. Was very outdated to be honest.
Pros:

Enjoyed the pool and gardens surrounding, front gardens. Nice greeting with face towel and juice. Front desk staff were friendly throughout our stay.

Cons:

The hotel was described on booking.com as a 4 star hotel, so was expecting much more! The rooms were in an outdated back building, was so disappointing… The double bed as stated was two single beds shoved together, didn’t sleep well at all. Son’s bedding had marks on as well as walls. Bathroom not so clean. Hot water was useless I had a cold shower. AC was poor. Door had a gap which allowed lizards in to the room during the night which unsettled kids. Dining hall layout was very different to what was shown on booking.com.
