Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality

Our stay at Jade Green Hotel, Hambantota was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, clean, and very peaceful perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The staff deserve special appreciation. They were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and well-organized, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and refreshing, and the overall environment is well thought out and relaxing.
The location is also very convenient, and the hotel offers great value for money compared to others in the area. Everything was exactly as promised if not better.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hambantota. We will definitely choose Jade Green Hotel again and confidently recommend it to friends and family.

Good value stay with nice views and food, slightly outside tourist areas.
Pros:

The food was good and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. The room was okay and comfortable, and the view was very nice. Overall, the stay felt good value for money.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the main tourist areas, although the view over the salterns was beautiful and great for bird watching. At night there were some very small flies in the room; they were harmless and seasonal, but they did slightly affect comfort. Other than that, everything was fine.

Stuff is 5, the hotel is 3. Very old building without rennovation, meager breakfast menu
Pros:

Stuff is very friendfull and nice, they were able to satisfy all requests. Quick checkin and checkout 24h. There is a possibility to choose european brekfast.

Cons:

Veru old buildings, room is rather good but bathroom is bad: the toilet is wobbly, the hot water lasts only 2 minutes, even though the heater worked for a long time, torn towels.
Hambantota is not touristic place, no beach to swim, seesides, supermarkets and any other attractions

Pros:

The hotel offers good value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Before booking, we were told that driver accommodation with meals was available. Although there was some confusion upon arrival, the hotel resolved it well by providing the driver with a room of the same standard as ours. We also had to cancel one of our four rooms after arrival, and this was handled without any issues. The location is convenient, close to town, with a clean swimming pool. Lunch and dinner from the restaurant were also good.

Cons:

The rooms were mostly clean and well maintained; however, due to rainy weather, small light-attracted insects entered the room at night. This appears to be seasonal and related to the climate rather than cleanliness, but it did cause some discomfort.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. It was a restful location, and a nice environment.
