. מלון מכניס אותך לאווירת אגדה, הכל מאוד אסתטי, החדר מרווח, מיטה נוחה. יש מכונת קפה. כל יום תקבלו בקבוק מים. ארוחת בוקר במסעדה, כל מנה מוגשת כמו במסעדת שף. מרגישים את אוסטריה בכל פינה. בונוס משמעותי- לובי בר הפתוח עד 1 בלילה. כמו כן ספא פתוח עד 22:00, לשימוש האורחים. חניה חינם בהזמנת חדר. נהננו מאוד. אחד הטובים שהיינו באירופה.

Cons:

בסיום הצק אאוט גבו תשלום נוסף (עמלה) בטעות של יותר לילות ממה שהיינו במלון אנחנו מחכה להחזר. זו טעות לא נעימה, למרות שמדובר בכמה יורו בודדים
. כל יתר המרכיבים של שהות במלון, היו מושלמים.

מלון נהדר,מפואר,ברמה גבוהה.נקי מאוד,שקט,נוף נהדר ,מיקום מעולה.השהייה במלון עשתה לנו את הטיול בסלובקיה.אל תפספסו.
צוות אדיב,ונעים ,אכלנו ארוחצ ערב מצוינת ,ארוחת הבוקר נפלאה.
יש בריכה ,גקוזי.

Raňajky boli naozaj vynikajúce. Veľkou výhodou je čas , od 7:00, čo nie je vo všetkých hoteloch. Slané aj sladké menu s veľmi kvalitnými jedlami, dobrá káva, naozaj 100 % džúsy. Jediné čo by som ešte prijala, tak nejaký tvaroh a drobné ovocie k palacinkám.

Cons:

Šálky na espresso sú možno dizajnovo pekné, ale mne trocha vadí že v tých tenkých káva rýchlo vychladne.

Veľmi pekný hotel. Čistá a priestranná izba. Príjemný a ochotný personál. Veľmi dobre vybavené a pekné wellness. Gastronómia na špičkovej úrovni, jedlo bolo vynikajúce. Pobyt sme si užili a odchádzali spokojní a oddýchnutí.

Possibly one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Amazingly helpful staff. Great communication throughout. From flexibility with the number of nights we stayed, luggage storage etc..Great wellness facilities, lovely restaurant with fantastic breakfast buffet. Grand but friendly dining room. I'm sure I will come back.

Hotel jest piękny, czysty, w doskonałej lokalizacji. Śniadania pięknie podane ! Basen i strefa spa bardzo zadbana. Obsługa przemiła. Pokoje nieduże, ale bardzo dobrze urządzone. Basen czynny aż do 22 . Wszystko nowe i w dobrej jakości. Ogólnie " moje odkrycie " w tym sezonie. Będę wracać na 100 %.

Cons:

Jedyna rzecz do której mogłabym się "przyczepić" to azjatycki personel na basenie. Panie które sprzątały tak trzaskały drzwiami, i były tak hałaśliwe ,że można było odpoczywając, irytować się..
