Pros:

Fantastic hotel highly recommended. Wellness facilities were superb. Bedroom was modern with views of Tatry mountains. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sissi restaurant had probably the best food we've had in Slovakia. Location was a 5 minute walk from Tatranska Lomnica train station. We will be back!

Pros:

raňajky boli fantastické, jedlo výborné, najlepšie aké kedy sme za 50 rokov v hoteloch mali, nádherné prostredie plné obrazov ako v luxusnej galérii , skvelý personál

Cons:

trocha väčší wellness by sa hodil k takému luxusnému hotelu (v zmysle väčšieho počtu a rozmanitosti sáun), ostatné si zachovajte vysoko nastavenú latku kvality)

Дуже гарний готель, чистий, зручний, новий, з чудовими саунами та басейном. Дуже привітний персонал, смачні сніданки. В готелі просторі та зручні номери, неймовірна картинна галерея.

Raňajky veľmi rozmanité, všetko čerstvé, lokálne suroviny. Prostredie reštaurácie nádherné.

Cons:

Akurát nás trochu sklamalo, že už neboli v ponuke priamo pripravované vajíčka. Resp. boli ale za poplatok. Čo v minulosti nebolo.

Velmi dobrý horský hotel, který je určitě jeden z TOP 3 hotelů ve Vysokých Tatrách!
Pros:

Skvěle zařízený a pohodlný hotel s velmi milým personálem na skvělém místě. Velmi dobré wellness, skvělé sesterské resturace a pekárna/cukrárna. Velmi dobrá kuchyně v restauraci Sisi, stojí za to ochutnat místní menu.

Cons:

Snídaně často nebyla doplňována a opakovaně bylo nutno na to upozornit personál. Každodenní úklid společných prostor hotelu včetně vysávání v 6.30hod. ráno není zcela příjemné pro všechny hosty, protože ne všichni v tuto dobu chtějí vstávat. Doplňování příborů do zásobníků v šuplíkách personálem při večeři v restauraci Sisi je nedůstojné pro hosty, kteří si přišli užít menu a zážitek z jídla jím kazí fakt, že poslouchají chrastění příborů jako v Kovošrotu.
