1.) pokoj na 3.poschodi v historicke casti je podkrovni a z duvodu zklopeneho stropu zacinajiciho v pulce pokoje a velikosti 19 m2 je pro osobu s vyskou nad 180 cm obtizne vyuzitelny...do koupelny muzete jit jenom z jedne casti postele uzkou pesinkou a rano se probudite jako v krypte 🙂
2.) nepodarilo se nam na termostatu klimatizace zregulovat teplotu na pozadovanych 21C, resp.rano byla teplota o dost vyssi
Od prvej chvile bol personal ochotny, mily a sluzby boli na vysokej urovni, citili sme sa tam naozaj velmi dobre.
Pěkný wellness, venkovní jaccuzi, kvalitní jídlo nejen co se týče chuti, ale i vzhledově, příjemný bonus nabíjení EV zdarma
Byť je hotel pěkný, neodpovídá 5* jak po stránce služeb, tak vzhledově
Die Lage liegt zentral in Tatranska Lomnica! Sehr gutes Frühstück. Auch der Wellnessbereich und die Zigarrenlounge sind perfekt. Sehr sehr freundliche und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Fantastic hotel highly recommended. Wellness facilities were superb. Bedroom was modern with views of Tatry mountains. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sissi restaurant had probably the best food we've had in Slovakia. Location was a 5 minute walk from Tatranska Lomnica train station. We will be back!
