Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Breakfast was great and Grain and Cane was so nice, delicious!

Hallways noisy at nighttime. Bathroom door did not close correctly for privacy. These were minor issues

I was at this Hotel once before w/my kids and we enjoyed our stay immensely, which is why I rtrnd.
Pros:

Staff is professional and courteous and my children love the pool.

Cons:

I kind of wished the pool area wasn't so cold in the winter. But it's winter, and you can't please everyone.

The rooms could be cleaner. The floors of two rooms were filthy (white socks😩) and the doors had food stains/handprints and weren’t clean. The hallways and common areas were clean
