As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I am extremely disappointed by the customer service I received from both Booking.com and Embassy Suites. After booking a room with a guaranteed 4:00 PM check-in, I was left without access to my room during critical work hours, significantly disrupting my day.
What is most frustrating is that neither company was willing to offer a reasonable accommodation or reimburse the $301 charge for a room I was ultimately unable to use as intended. Rather than taking responsibility or attempting to resolve the situation, both companies dismissed what I believe was a very reasonable request.
Over the years, we have consistently recommended Embassy Suites and Hilton properties to our family, friends, and colleagues. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed our perception. Customer service and loyalty no longer seem to be valued, and we will no longer be recommending either Embassy Suites or Booking.com based on this experience

Property was beautiful and well kept, very inviting was a nice stay for me and my family. Breakfast was delicious with many options

The Embassy Suites was a great place to stay. The room was spacious and well appointed. The atmosphere was sleek and inviting. The location was ideal for this trip. The included breakfast was delicious, really liked the 'Make Your Own' Omelet bar. The room was immaculate. I highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast was served later than anticipated. Breakfast and coffee weren’t available until 7:00am. Our family and several in our group had to leave by 7:00am and were unable to utilize this amenity. Also, the room only had 3 bath towels for 4 guests.
