hotel op zicht is mooi en goed gelegen ... maar er is ruimte voor verbetering

zwembad was onderhouden en mooi .
personeel aan de inkom was vriendelijk .
personeel die problemen moest oplossen was ongeschikt .

onze ijskast werkte niet ( en werd vervangen door een oud en vuil toestel dat niet koelde )
werd beloofd dat deze opgekuist ging worden ... maar gebeurde niet .
bij hevige regen , kawam het water binnen via de '' gesloten ramen )

Cons:

zeer kleine kamer voor 3 personen ( ouders met 16j zoon )
luidruchtige airco
water in de kamer na regenbui
ijskast werkte niet ....

Pros:

Great hotel- very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, parking outside, close to lots of restaurants, very good breakfast. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the historic centre, but it’s a flat walk so for us not a problem.

Pros:

Nice stopover place when traveling by the Garda Lake. Parking places next to the hotel. Great service and spotless rooms. Great value for money! Amazing breakfast

Csodálatos és nagy választékú reggelink volt ezen a szálláson, ami igazán finom volt. A személyzet kedves volt és segítőkész, a szobánk tiszta és rendezett. Csak ajánlani tudjuk a helyet.
