A great place to stay before going on to the Galapagos. Hotel is well maintained and everyone was so friendly. I will definitely stay there again.
Lovely grounds! Great place for a stay in Quito. Very nice staff who gave us a ride to the airport. The property is peaceful (except when the neighbors were blaring their music outdoors--although the hotel is obviously well-insulated, because we could not hear it in the rooms.) We were passing through, but I wish we could have had time to just enjoy the outdoors.
Terrible customer service, the pool area was dirty, a lot of people were complaining about it that day, breakfast selection was poor and the food was cold. Not recommended at all.
This is a wonderful hotel. I had a great experience. The staff members are kind and professional, I decided to book this hotel again when I return I decided to book this hotel again when I return from Galapagos to Quito.
Check in was disappointing. First c we had to wait late at night for the taxi. Then the hotel charged us more than the price quoted in my booking. Thats never happened to me before. Then we got a room facing a wall, even though the booking said garden view.
We had a lovely stay here, friendly helpful staff, pretty views, lots of activities for kids etc.
The hotel grounds are gorgeous. Mountain views with beautiful plants and roaming llamas and peacocks. Breakfast was delicious and the playground fun for kids. The only down side are the beds were very uncomfortable in our room. If you like an extra firm mattress this is the place for you

Very nice hotel, especially the property grounds. I loved waking up to llamas outside my window! Breakfast was good and they have a nice little gym
There were many activities available for our family. Swimming pools, volleyball, tennis, billiards, games, etc. There were llamas roaming around the property which was really cool. It was quiet and the food in the restaurant was very good.
A delightful place about 20 min drive from airport. Breakfast was included as well as airport transfers. Lovely gardens with Llamas, peacocks and ducks roaming the extensive property.

Beautiful place
The staff were incredibly friendly. The good was very good. They provided transportation to and from the airport. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and about 40 minutes from the city of Quito (without traffic). There isn't much to do in the area of the hotel, but the hotel does have many things to do (pool, lawn games, pickleball etc).
I loved this place with the Llamas roaming, the beautiful grounds, the gym, the dining, the rooms and close enough to the airport that we could come in and leave. Thanks!@
Quiet and peaceful place. Beautiful rooms, pretty clean and with excellent service. The place have a lot of green spaces even exotic animals. Nice place to stay in. Definitely I will come back.

A gem. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast was great with fresh fruits, breads cheeses, and several hot items. It is a 15 minute drive from the airport but the hotel provides a shuttle every hour. It was just lovely.
I already submitted a review, then came back and stayed one more night. The room had a dehumidifier in it. For good reason. A lot of moisture and smelled like mildew. It was cold so we grabbed a blanket from the closet. So stinky with mildew. This room was 108, our previous room was 816, no mildew or complaints. Don’t expect a spa treatment, don’t think too many people order them and when I wanted a facial, they tried to get their staff to work… no takers.
