Very nice hotel with nice and helpful staff
Nothing wrong with the hotel at all
The surroundings and the city was not so much to look at
Reception didn't know anything. Even they didn't know closest restaraunt. Always say no it cant, no i dont know etc.
Roosters in the neighboring yard kept us up all night
Roosters. We went down to breakfast (included) at 7:15. Breakfast started at 7. Hardly anything left to eat and no chairs to sit in. No tea or coffee in room. Next day we went walking before eating breakfast and came back to hotel to find that breakfast was already over at 9:30. The hotel said breakfast till 10.
I needed secure parking and they have … staff were very friendly and helpful
This is purely personal- there was no kettle in the room so making coffee wasn’t a thing - they also just made me a breakfast but were very happy to make me something different - they also didn’t take cards so everything had to be in cash which for whatever reason isn’t as easy as you might think
Good location.
Rooms were very nice
I booked to use the Spa and Wellness facilities. However, they were not available.
There were 2 roosters crowing/shouting just under our balcony from 11 pm until 6 am. Difficult to sleep and not very pleasant. Affect of course our impression of the hotel.
Parking and location.
Outdated. Not like the photos. No spa even tho its in the name. Wanted extra money to use the gym. Breakfast was lame. Tons of ants in the first room. Second room still had ants but was a better room

It was disgusting very dirty and their was blood on the pillow from the previouse guest. staff not helpful breakfast none existent, no bread or creial, only cold eggs or Thai food. No hot water.
Where is a SPA
Basic
property is fairly new and should be a good quality but it is not. staff are not interested in guest issues, claims wi fi and have routers on all floors but can only use 1st floor for internet and no signal above 2nd floor 1 side of the hotel overlooks a run down lot that has chickens, ducks and other animals that are noisy and smelly request to change rooms but staff lied saying hotel was full and could not only 12 guests were in 65 rooms spa and gym have no staff only good staff are security gaurd and maids rooms are too small and no kitchenettes save your money and stay at a better hotwl
