お風呂は個別で良かったのですが、家族みんな一緒に入るならいいのですが、男女で交代で入りたかったので、時間内に入らなくてはいけないので全くゆっくり入る事が出来ませんでした。
又1人腰が悪く歩くのがやっとの者がいたのですが、足元が悪く温泉を断念して部屋のお風呂を使いました。
コテージは部屋が余るほど広くてとても良かったです。２階には柵がなく、ロープのようなところがあり、小さい子が転落しないか心配な面もありましたが2泊したので飽きずに過ごすことができて良かったです。
We took japanese style bedroom but the futons were super thin so uncomfortable. The private onsen was a bit smelly making the experience less enjoyable.
For the travel to reach the place, we struggle little to go by bus.
For the positive, the staff was amazing and helpful, the breakfast has lot of varieties for everyone. The room was super clean, spacious and very beautiful.
Spending time with dogs around was lovely... what an amazing concept hotel.
2年前に宿泊させてもらった時より、夕食が季節感を感じることがあり、飛騨地域の特性が良く出ており、美味しく頂く事が出来ました。また、新しくできたドックランでも、沢山走ることが出来て、愛犬も満足したと思います。

犬と一緒にストレスなく泊まることが出来ました。
食事内容（懐石料理）が子供には合わなかったみたいです。
スタッフの方々も気持ちよく向かい入れてくれました。
小さい子供2人と大人２人で初めてご利用させてもらって、ペットに対してもすごく良い場所だなって思いました！
子供がまだ小さいので、大きくなってきたらまた利用したいと思いました！
上高地からも近く、自然が豊かで空気が綺麗だったし、温泉も個別で入浴できるので、家族とゆっくり入れてよかったです。
夕食にすごく時間がかかったが、それ以外はすごく満足しました！
犬連れにとって、大変快適で（自宅にいるようにリラックスできるし、涼しく散歩コースも小川があって楽しい💕）しかも、温泉♨️に犬と一緒に入れるし、無茶苦茶楽しかった❗️また来たい❗️

もう少しスタッフの指導が、行き届いて貰えると最高です。
静かで落ち着いた雰囲気があります。客室の椅子のファブリックが擦れて破けそうなのはちょっと気になりますが全体的には良かったと思います。
建物や設備は古いがわんこと一緒に泊まれてご飯も一緒に食べれたり、ドッグランがあったり犬連れの旅行にはとても良いと思います
It’s all about dogs there. Love how the Japanese love their furkids. Hygiene measures, dog runs, dog onsen with humans, dogs can access everywhere in this hotel, even the restaurants.
Very friendly staff. Convenient in its location with a good price. One point though - I arrived without a dog... It let's for us since after all as much as it is clean it's still a place with dog standatds cleanliness... Also, I haven't reserved food and there are no restraints around the existing shop has very limited non-dog food. But I liked the place 🙂 it was cute and as I mentioned the staff were very nice and helpful.
清潔で匂いもなく気持ちよく過ごせることができました。
他のわんわんパラダイスは泊まった事があり、ここは初めて泊まりました。
スタッフも感じ良く、周りには川が有り、ワンチャンにとっても最高です。
また宿泊客も感じ良くて、最高でした。
また利用したいです。

施設自体は古いですが綺麗に整理整頓されててそこはいいのですが、やっぱり、ワンちゃんがたくさん滞在する施設だからか、糞尿の匂いがとても気になりました。
部屋でも匂いはずっとしてて気になったので窓を開け放して過ごしました。
玄関にも大きなフンが落ちていてハエがたくさん飛んでいて、とても不愉快でした。
置いて行く飼い主のモラルが1番の問題ですが、従業員さんもこまめにチェックしてほしかったです。エントランスが不潔なのはいかがなものかと思います。

本身是海外旅客，因此没有狗同行，這次因為某些因素選擇了這一間特別的狗友善旅館，但没想整個旅館會有特別的氣味，讓我們住的不是很舒服。
