Beautiful and romantic
Small rooms, but quaint
The hotel is very cute with flowers and white spanish buildings, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Our appartment was big and clean. Nice location and hotel!
There were some strange noises from upstairs during the night, not sure what was the cause, but we woke up both nights. The bathrom was clean, but the plumbing in the bathroom smelled a lot.
Lo destacable fue la calidad humana de todos con quienes tuvimos la oportunidad de estar. La amplitud en contratar el personal, su variedad étnica, idioma e idiosincracia, lo hacen distinto y superior!!.
Su aptitud con el medio ambiente es muy destacable y no deberían dar opciones. Es así el estilo y el que se aloje se debe adaptar. No es un tema de dinero !!!.
Customer service was spot on, staff were amazing.
The suite was fabulous and would highly recommend it, especially if a special occassion.
The quality of the accommodation was 5star , from the toiletries to the bedding everything was top quality.

Cost of parking 18 euros per 24 hours but very handy
- Feeling that the staff cared about our needs and our stay
- The studio flat mostly met our expectations
- Quite convenient location near a big public parking space. Also walking distance to the centre and to the seaside
- Shout-out to Stephanie and Susana for being so nice with us
- Just a small misunderstanding about an issue with the flat. The problem was not entirely solved, but I think it was just a misunderstanding. Reason why we decided to let it go.
- Flat lacking a dishwasher
- The flat was on the grounds floor, and the windows are on a public walking path. So it can get noisy with people walking by. And it stops you from being able to freely open windows and curtains.

Es de los pocos alojamientos en los que la expectativa supera la realidad, el hotel es fabuloso, nada más entrar y te atiende el personal ya se intuye que la experiencia va a ser buena. Todo excelente desde la atención, decoración y limpieza. Repetiría sin duda si vuelvo a Altea.

The owner met us outside as we were trying to park, and it was fabulous. Inside the gorgeous boutique hotel we were made very welcome, even offered a glass of cava (champagne) to chill out whilst our bags were taken to our room, which was ready early as well.
The room was gorgeous, with lovely views. It was spacious, gorgeous bathroom and it even had Netflix, which we didn't need as it was superbly located between the beachfront and the Old Town.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the beautiful Altea.

Que no tenían sitio en el parking.
De locatie vlakbij de kerk en het strand was geweldig, alles op loopafstand.
De kamer was erg schoon en geweldig met het bad in de kamer en een dubbele douche.
Het personeel is erg lief en behulpzaam.
