Zimmergröße ok, sehr veraltet, kein Personal gesehen

Sehr ruhig gelegen verteilen sich die Zimmer auf zwei Gebäude. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr gross und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist zwar alles recht alt aber gepflegt und sauber. Gefrühstückt habe ich nicht. Werde gerne wieder kommen, wenn es sich ergibt.

Im Bad flackert die Lampe und es ist kein Duschvorhang vorhanden. Sauberkeit lässt auch eher zu wünschen übrig (Tote Insekten im Zimmer, die Nachttischlampe voller Spinnweben) Rezeption sollte ab 8:00 Uhr morgens besetzt sein, um 9:00 Uhr aber weit und breit niemand zu sehen. Eine Telefonnummer weißt drauf hin, dass bei Anruf in 5 Minuten jemand anwesend ist. Auf Anruf hin hieß es ob wir bereits bezahlt hätten, dann konnte der Schlüssel einfach auf die Rezeption abgelegt werden ohne das dieser von einer Person entgegen genommen werden musste!?!?!? Man hatte so ein wenig das Gefühl das dieses "Hotel/Pension/Unterbringung" eher als schlechtes Hobby geführt wird. Schade

Un dépaysement au coeur de la forêt noire avec de la neige. Petite promenade dans le village et la forêt. L'hôtel est dans un coin tranquille le long de la forêt. Bien entretenu, la chambre possède une terrasse et des coins de rangements.

Ekelhafte Kissen und BETTDECKEN! Bezüge ausserlich sauber und innen DRECKIG und pfui .... Frühstück ok .... Matratzen jede FEDER der Matratze gespührt .... Personal sehr nett ... meine Frau und ich konnten nicht schlafen nur an den GEDANKEN der dreckigen Bettwäsche ... null ERHOLUNG .....

Hôtel désert... Piscine et sauna hors service... Petit déjeuner limité, réduit au minimum.... Une seule sorte de pain industriel, pas de thé noir

Es ist sehr ärgerlich, wenn man Frühstück gebucht hat und im Hotel erfährt, daß es dieses erst ab 8:00 gibt.
Der Preis von 6x Frühstück weg.

Séjour dépaysant ! Magnifique région ; calme et sérénité assuré !merci a nôtre hôte qui a été d'une gentillesse.La decoration de l'hôtel est atypique, on se croirait hors du temps. Nos enfants ont adoré le parc du village ainsi que le musée de crèche en bois à 5 min à pied de l'hôtel.
Il faut savoir que l'appartement familiale est équipé d'une cuisine!chose que nous n'avions pas compris car pas de photo ni stipulé dans le descriptif.
Superbe literie! Top top top je recomande à toutes les familles qui veulent se reposer!

Nice rural hotel in quiet area. Excellent staff, very helpful.

A great hotel with spacious rooms, very good buffet breakfast. Very nice relaxing areas including a lounge with hot drinks available. Beautiful surroundings and the only downside was lack of restaurants in the village. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was comfortable but is a bit outdated. Location in the middle of Black Forest is very convenient for walks which start right at the hotel. Plenty of room for outdoor sitting.

Wonderful hotel with a wonderful team. Spacious rooms, quiet and an indoor pool! The breakfast will spoil you!

Checkin lady was very friendly and helpful. Showed us the room, pool, sauna and sitting area. Room was huge and clean, bathroom a good size. Had a patio to sit out on as well. A nice feel there, maybe a bit dated, but not dirty or run down. Gave it an old German feel which was awesome. Pool was nice and clean, a lot of towels there to use. Sauna was awesome too! Free breakfast was incredible, a lot to choose from and it’s in a huge room that is a beautiful German room. Would stay here again for sure if in the area again!

Impressed by the good state of the room and building. This hotel is cute and furnishings appear to be original from many decades earlier. Internet didn't work, unfortunately, but everything else was great. Nice large sized room and bathroom. Easy and free parking. Breakfast was good, nice fresh bread rolls and yoghurt options.

We Booked the Hotel around supper time. We arrived 40 min later and no one was at the réception. We had to wait 20 min before staff arrived. The place really needs an Update on decorating and new mattress. breakfast starts at 8.00 am.

Looking for stay in Bad Wildbad and hotels.com came up with this. Very convenient 10 mins up the road. Many of the hotels in town looked very tired and this was better than expected at a good price. Glad I chose it. The local L roads that go over the hill so to the popular 500 road to Baden Baden are superb, good condition and great views. Phone signal in local area is poor, you have to go to Bad Wildbad for decent reception.

Very nice place, sauna pool all great. Breakfast perfect. Recommended!
