Pros:

Llegamos por la noche al hotel y el personal de recepción (un hombre de mediana edad encantador que vivía cerca de las inmediaciones del establecimiento) nos atendió desde el primer momento con una sonrisa y una amabilidad impecable. Las instalaciones, el desayuno y el descanso que se respiraba hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera inolvidable. Gratamente sorprendida con la hospitalidad, el trato y el mimo que le ponen a cada detalle. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por todo.

Super cosy hotel with lovely staff and a great breakfast
Pros:

The staff were super kind and helpful.
The surroundings are really peaceful and it's a great location for exploring Serra da Estrela.
The breakfast was fantastic.
The hotel was really cozy, had a kind of 80s ski lodge vibe that we really enjoyed. We felt very comfortable there.
Our room was very large and comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped and we loved that there was a fireplace in the room itself. Comfy mattress.
We loved that there was a heated indoor pool as well as the outdoor pool.
Lots of cats to make friends with in the grounds!

Cons:

I think the only thing we didn't like was that the bedding was many sheets/blankets instead of a duvet, which tend to move around in the night. But they provided lots of pillows, which is great!

colchão excelente.

Cons:

O que deixou a desejar o pequeno almoço! merecia ser melhor no tocante aos pães, suco de laranja ser natural, o café filtrado razoável e no último dia descobrimos que havia café expresso.
