Super Aufenthalt. Werden bei unserem nächsten Madrid-Besuch sicher wieder hier wohnen.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt: viele Restaurants und Bars fußläufig zu erreichen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das gesamte Personal ist superfreundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, insbesondere Luis hat uns bei all unseren Anliegen sehr unterstützt.

Pros:

Localização, chuveiro forte, tamanho do quarto e conforto da cama, limpeza e de Kevin, da recepção! Muito simpático.

Cons:

O ralo do chuveiro demorava um pouco pra descer a água e chegava a encher um pouco o box. Além disso, tinha pouco local no banheiro para apoiar nossas coisa (faltou uma bancadazinha). No mais, foi tudo ótimo.

Pros:

Comodidad de la habitación. Lugar céntrico.

Cons:

A mi no me molesta, pero tal vez hay personas que no les guste el movimiento de los bares cercanos

Localização excelente perto de transportes e perto dos locais mais turísticos. Os funcionários foram muito amáveis e prestáveis, 5 estrelas. O meu muito obrigado a todos.

Cons:

Acho que pelo preço deveriam fornecer mais cápsulas de café gratuitas e não só 2 como boas vindas. Foram 4 dias e não mudaram as toalhas.

Very good!
Pros:

Comfortable beds, great location and good value. Luis was very very helpful, kind and he and the other staff always greeted us so nicely as we walked in or out. The location is great, it’s quiet enough yet close to almost everything!

Cons:

Although there was the option for cleaning every day, we wish we would have gotten fresh towels during our 4 night stay like most similar hotels provide.

Muito conforto e espaço em Madrid
Pros:

Quarto super espaçoso e confortável, banheiro grande e chuveiro potente, elevador, recepção 24h, transfer para aeroporto com preço competitivo e horário marcado, café e água de cortesia no quarto e ótima receptividade dos funcionários.

Cons:

A localização é muito boa mas não é tão central.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, fácil acceso a las habitaciones.

Cons:

La atención del personal pésima, majos si, resolutivos para nada. Primer día no me hacen la limpieza, tuve que pedir que me den una escoba y un recogedor, y posteriormente insistir para que me den un estropajo para poder lavar los platos. 2 días sin poder lavarlos. La limpieza no existe, entran a hacerte la cama y se van. El suelo y todo en general seguía sucio (tuve un accidente con el salero por eso). La cocina súper incómoda. En nuestra habitación no funcionaba la luz del espejo del baño, y tampoco se podía bajar la persiana para que no entre luz.
