La chambre était très propre et assez spacieuse.
Il y avait un peu de bruit jusqu’à tard. Il y a un bar juste en bas de l’hôtel.
Lovely location, clean hotel, comfortable rooms, super friendly staff and secure garage parking in the centre of Madrid.
Very minor detail was nowhere to put toiletries in shower.

We had one-bedroom suite on 4th floor overlooking street. Plenty of room, very quiet. The location is great, easy walk to Calle de Cava Baja, Royal Palace, Corral de la Morreira. Simple groceries down the street at Carrefours Express. Hotel internet worked fine for Zoom calls. A very good place for a couple with different sleep schedules to get used to the time zone.
The hotel is located in a superb location and very close to main tourist attractions. The three bed room was very spacious and had all of the amenities (including a mini kitchen). The room and bathroom were very clean and the hotel provided a daily cleaning service. Staff were very helpful and quick to provide resolutions.
The room we had was on the ground floor which was slightly noisy as it was adjacent to a tavern/pub.

Nous entendions les bruits provenant de la rue mais également au sein même de l’établissement. Pourtant nous étions au 4e étage.
Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit car des hurlements incessants provenaient des bars avoisinants mais également des portes qui claquent et des objets qui tombent brusquement.
Nous nous sommes réveillés à plusieurs reprises en sursaut…

Location was in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood. Lots of coffee shops and bars. Once you got the hang of it, it was actually pretty easy to find which can be pretty difficult in the twisty streets of Madrid.
It was a little pricey.
Sijainti oli erinomainen: kävelymatka kaikkiin nähtävyyksiin, ravintoloihin ja kauppoihin. Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Alue rauhallinen. Erityiskiitos hymyilevälle ja ystävälliselle henkilökunnallle.
Ilmastointi oli hieman heikko. Astioita oli niukasti, mutta riittivät juuri päivän ajaksi pieneen ateriointiin, esimerkiksi aamupalalle. Hinta oli huikean korkea ( 257€/ yö), kun ottaa huomioon, että siihen ei kuulunut aamupalaa eikä huoneistohotellissa ollut muita palveluita.
Very big rooms, modern and clean. Comfortable big bed with really luxurious sheets. Big spacious bathroom and a mini kitchen. Everything about the room was great.

There was a nice front desk with helpful staff. There are a couple of restaurants with a local feel on the same street. The location is walkable into parts of the city if you can walk a mile or two or take a taxi which the front desk will arrange. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Our vehicle was a small SUV which would not fit in their limited parking spots but we parked in a garage a couple of blocks from the hotel. I suggest dropping your baggage- even if you have to block the street a little bit rather than pull suitcases. Overall we really liked this hotel and enjoyed the residential area that it is located in.

אחרי שקיבלנו את החדר שהזמנו והסתבר שהיה לא מתאים לצרכינו המנהל שדרג אותנו לסוויטת שני חדרים בקומה גבוהה תמורת תוספת של 50 יורו ללילה וגם העניק לנו יציאה מאוחרת בשעה 1400. הכל נעשה בנעימות וחן של כל עובדי הקבלה.
