Fantastisch, desondanks!
Pros:

De locatie en de totale rust in het appartement, terwijl het gebouw zich midden in een bruisend deel van Madrid bevindt en de behulpzaamheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel.

Cons:

Er is een keukentje, maar het equipement is heel karig: grotere pan met deksel, kleine pan zonder deksel, een scheve steelpan, beetje bestek, weinig serviesgoed, GEEN vaatdoek om de vaat te drogen, wat uiteraard niet nodig zou zijn als je de borden, etc zoals vaak in zuidelijke landen zou kunnen laten afdruipen, maar dat was er niet. Gelukkig bedacht Javi (medewerker receptie) dat een tafelkleedje (was er niet, maar haalde hij uit een voorraadkast beneden) als zodanig kon fungeren. Hij zou best prettig zijn geweest om wat basisdingen in de kastjes te vinden zoals peper en zout, misschien een beetje olie en azijn of zo. We hebben onze bijna volle literfles olie, bouillonblokjes en zwarte peper achtergelaten, maar ik vrees dat het na ons vertrek in de prullenbak is beland. Dat er geen mogelijkheid was om kleding te wassen in het gebouw was jammer, maar kennelijk hebben we dit bij het boeken over het hoofd gezien.

Pros:

La posizione della struttura è ottimale, noi abbiamo visitato la città tranquillamente a piedi! Zona ben servita da bar, locali, ristoranti e negozi di generi alimentari. La fermata della metro è comunque a 5 minuti a piedi. La struttura è pulita e ben organizzata con tutte le comodità necessarie. I ragazzi alla reception sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Madrid una città meravigliosa e accogliente. Ritorneremo!

Enjoyed it but does have few puzzles
Pros:

It’s situation… close to lots of bars/restaurants . Kevin at reception was exceptionally good over varying things

Cons:

Stayed for 4 nights and room cleaned .. by that I mean bed was made …only once. Room does not have safe … had to carry our passports and cash .. not good in big city .
