We will not be booking at this location again.
Pros:

The location is great, near the University of Minnesota Campus, and that’s why we chose it.

Cons:

Service was bad. Front desk staff non responsive, unhelpful, rude, managers and maintenance - not sure they were on site.

Nice but not great
Pros:

It was a great place to stay. Very convenient for us as I am a patient at UofM.

Cons:

Only down fall was we were promised a hot breakfast. I had a day full of tests starting at 725 am and we went down for breakfast at 640. There was no breakfast being served and I had it included in my room charge.
I talked the the host at the front desk and he said that we could have a sandwich from the cooler but no thank you. I was charged $16 per person for breakfast. I am not getting a sandwich from the cooler. I did call and ask for the manager. I left him a message asking for some kind of reimbursement but but he hasn't returned my call.

Pros:

Rooms were very spacious had lots of lights available, Loved the walk in shower <3 and I liked how I got checked in on by a text from the front desk, so if I needed anything all I had to do was send a text :)

Cons:

There was a restaurant grill in the Lobby, but it was not open & the sign said it was suppose to be open :(

Restaurant was closed most of our stay. Had to DoorDash and eat cold cereal for breakfast. We chose this hotel for the breakfast and the restaurant. Disappointed that their cook did not show up.

The location was good for where we needed to be it was clean and comfortable

Cons:

We were close to the elevator and until late we had people loud in the hallway kids/teens in the halls yelling and adults talking loudly in the hallways with crabby young kids. When I tried to call down I was put on hold and was disconnected. I got very little sleep before I had to get up early the next morning

Friendly staff and clean. Parking not so great.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. It was quiet. Overall a really good stay. Would recommend.

Cons:

The parking left a little to be desired. Not many spaces in the ramp. But it did feel secure there. I understand where the property is located that there is limited spaces. I just wish it didn’t cost $30 a night for parking.
