Friendly staff and clean. Parking not so great.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. It was quiet. Overall a really good stay. Would recommend.

Cons:

The parking left a little to be desired. Not many spaces in the ramp. But it did feel secure there. I understand where the property is located that there is limited spaces. I just wish it didn’t cost $30 a night for parking.

Pros:

Will you have stayed at this property several times and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The first time I thought there was an issue with mold in our shower, but the staff addressed it in assured me it was just black sealant. The rooms are not as clean as I would like, but I have fairly high standards. I always just freshen up the room once I enter it. This property has an excellent staff, all very friendly and helpful and is well worth the money for the location, size of room, and wonderful staff.

I’m extremely disheartened by Hilton properties overall in then supporting/housing ICE immigration, and customs enforcement. It’s very disheartening. I can’t imagine what the Hilton staff feels like every day worrying about being traumatized and possibly thrown out of this country without due process.

I’d appreciate if the Hilton corporation would take a better stance and not 1 foot in 1 foot out it’s time to stand ground

Overall a good experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay again at this location.
Pros:

Very clean and quiet. Was a great location, close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

The indoor parking cost wasn't included with hotel cost and the restaurant wasn't open a majority of the time we were there.

Good location for U of M clinic appointment
Pros:

Very convenient to clinic on U of M campus.

Cons:

Unfortunately, due to Hilton properties now housing ICE in the Twin Cities, the hotel was virtually empty and they canceled breakfast for the week. We had prepaid for breakfast so they honored our payment and offered us dinner instead. We were unaware of the ICE situation and to be honest if we would have known, we would not have stayed at the Hilton property.
