This place is convenient when we have an elderly family member needing care at the hospital. It just seems expensive for

Comfortable and convenient

Cons:

We reserved and paid for 3 people, but only had supplies, like towels and cups for two. Not sure why we paid for three. Parking is expensive.

Paid way too much for the stay we had!
Pros:

I liked how clean the room was, the bathroom was extremely clean!

Cons:

Breakfast was a joke, paid way too much money for the way the bar and breakfast were set up, McDonalds breakfast would’ve been the way to go instead of wasting the time we did.

Pros:

Room looked updated. Building in good repair. Lobby was clean.

Cons:

Stain on comforter that looked like blood or red lipstick. Shower door had thick dirt buildup on bottom. Soap holder inner circle had buildup and grime. Parking ramp was full so we had to park across the street in a parking lot. Several one way streets around so difficult to navigate. Had to cross a busy street to get to the lot on foot to get to and from hotel and was charged $30 to park there.

Close to the campus, but lacking in the food and beverage...
Pros:

it was close to all of our events with the usa games

Cons:

The breakfast was not good at all due to out of stuff, minimum selections, and quality of food. Seemed like it would have been better if there was better or more staff... Even ran out of coffee and was not replaced for a long period of time and that includes the lobby??? Seemed like there was no real effort in making breakfast, just throw something out...

Nice room, but the parking garage is too small.
Pros:

The room was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful when issues arrived.

Cons:

The parking garage was a hassle to say the least. There aren’t enough spots so you’ll probably have to park in overflow across the street.
