Verry Good!

I recently stayed at the Modena Hotel in Zhuankou, Wuhan City, and it was a wonderful experience! The rooms are apartment-type with nice bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and living room. It provides a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The hotel manager, Tiifany, was incredibly accommodating and always ready to help. The location is perfect, with beautiful parks, Wanda Mall, and serene lakes within walking distance. I highly recommend the Modena Hotel Zhuankou to everyone. It's a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

I was not able to use the app to make my life comfortable in China. However, the hotel manager went to the bank and the mobile shop with me and solved the problem. This hotel staffs are very kind, including the manager. Even a small problem will do everyone's best to solve it. I'm very grateful❤️

Good and spacious rooms, excellent service from the hotel staff, especially Demi, who made our stay much easier and more enjoyable, always waiting to help us and inform us, also Coco helped us a lot with room service. Thank you very much because without you it would have been much harder.

Very good hotel with full facilities. Kids friendly thanks to the big children playground on the 2nd floor. Various food for breakfast. All personnel are very kind. A special thank to Ms Fang who helped us a lot before we checked in and during our stay.

Fraser Wuhan Zhuankou provide same level of service before and after COVID-19 spread in Wuhan, and also provide very strict anti-epidemic measures makes us feel safe and ease in their facilities! Meals and service are good as usual! I’d like to invite all of my friends to this hotel when they have stays in Wuhan!

Room is clean and new, comfortable.
Staff is very friendly and speaks good English.
The room has been sanitized before arrival, we appreciate such gesture after COVID time.
Location is near industrial zone and also near restaurants.

One day I bought a men’s pants from taobao but the lengths of pants a little too long. As I asked a manager in Modena office if they have any vendor to provide the hemming service, she sent a house keeping staff shortly after and took my pants out. 10-15 minutes later the house keeping staff gave my pants after the hemming service! And although I asked her to charge, she denied to take it... Thank you very much! Lisa and Kayla!

You can’t call Modena just a hotel, you feel at home here. Because you are welcome here and your pets. The service is top notch, the staff is always ready to help and make your life even easier 👌🏼
Room cleaning is always on time and of high quality.
The room has all household items. The beds are very comfortable.
The gym has all the necessary accessories.
In general, the hotel is located in a clean, green area. This is a completely different Wuhan (compared to the city center). In the area there are shops, restaurants, parks. Metro 10 minutes walk.
I recommend this hotel for both family and business travelers.

Stay with Modena for over one year, as a long term customer, I really like the hotel staff very kind service. They almost always provide a kind service with a smile. Especially, the morning breakfast staff, Cici Ye and Amanda, they always work happily with customers. They can even read your mind to provide the services for your need or exceeding your expectation before you ask. Also, I am very appreciate the front desk Cici who helped me to prepare and solve my shipping problems when she is off work. I really enjoy to stay in Modena with their excellent services.

I have been living in Modena for two years. Many thanks for the care from Susan from housekeeping and Amanda and Cici from restaurant, who make me feel that I am staying at home. It is great to find that the room has been cleaned thoroughly during my summer vacation. And I love the 'welcome back' greeting made by housekeeping.

I requested to call the taxi to the airport in the last morning. It is normal way becauseI trust hotel, but I got about 30RNB over charged from the taxi. Suddenly the taxi driver give me over-charged, after checking the cost. Of course, I payed the additional tall gate fee. 15 RNB. It was the first time i got over-charged during my trip. I got the taxi over the twenty times in this trip.

First of all, I have to say thanks to Tiffany, for let us know the hotel, the city, and the life at Wuhan, who make us feel like home when we are ao far away from the family.
The hotel is good for its hardware and service. Align with a good five stars hotel standard. Its the people makes the difference!

We are living in Modena for almost 5years now with family and it’s great place to stay longer. The care and support given by staffs here cannot be explained verbally. They take immense care to satisfy all the needs of guests.

We are living already around 1.5 years in Modena service apartment with our family and surely stay longer. Our 2 kids go to international school. Here a quick summary of the reasons you might want to consider:
- Large service apartment with good heat insulation and air condition
- Proximity to the international school
- Kids safety: Own Modena bus drops the kids in the fenced area of school and picks them up again after school. Also staff always has an extra eye on the kids i.e. when you want to have a relaxed breakfast.
- Flexibility for modifications and openness for improvement ideas
- Gym and kids indoor playground on second floor and safe area to play outside in the back of the hotel
- Friendly and helpful staff
