Room was clean and fresh.
There was no milk to be able to make a coffee/tea in the morning. This may have been an oversight. It wasn't a big issue as I went to one of the local cafes for breakfast instead.

We stay here on a regular basis as it is clean, modern and fairly spacious. Great location, close to restaurants, pubs and the heart of Port Adelaide. There is also secure parking if we travel on our bike.
It was clean and the staff were really friendly.
Port Adelaide is a great location with cafes, restaurants and pubs in a scenic spot. Well equipped room with balcony, chairs and table. Next door to British Pub with good food and drink. We walked 15 mins to a train station for a trip into the CBD.
The hotel is rather new, so a few minor details are still being perfected.The poor lighting arrangement in the bathroom turned shaving and makeup into more challenging tasks than desired. The toilet paper was rough rather than soft. The elevator was slow to close the doors and start movement after our entry and selection of ground floor from the fourth.
