Will DEFINITELY NOT stay again

Nothing - we had a terrible stay. Upon checking in we requested the possiblity of a refund due to the unforeseen surrounding only to be told that is not possible due to the cancellation policies via booking.com however, I didn't know and was NOT informed that I'd be facing a MASSIVE sink hole type of constructions!!!!

Cons:

We were NOT told that we were given a ground floor apartment that literally faces a giant hole in the ground/constructions so as a result, we were unable to use the balcony. Additionally, upon checking out we have informed the Staff at Reception that we've had ONE drink however, the pre-auth room charged was then fully refunded which I thought was weird and then subsequently I've received several calls & text requesting me to make payment! There IS TERRIBLE service first of all; why am I being inconvenienced to make payment when I have already informed you so you should be deducting that amount prior to releasing the pre-auth, and secondly, how much really is a can of beer that you'd had to kept chase me up several times???? Just write it off!
