Catastrophique - j'ai quitté l'hôtel le lendemain et raccourci le séjour prévu.

Arrivé tardive vers 23h. Je peux comprendre que à cause de la météo (il a beaucoup plu) problème d'électricité que sur mon étage... Déjà on dort sans électricité et in se réveille sans... La chambre est à côté d'un local technique. Dérangé 3-4 fois dans la nuit. Problème insonorisation. J'avais l'impression que les gens parlaient à côté de ma tête. J'ai raccourci pour la première fois mon séjour. J'ai payé pleinement ma chambre 1 nuit sans électricité (impossible de charger quoi ce soir, ni de se doucher avec lumière etc...) et mal dormir à cause du bruit et d'un GROS problème insonorisation. Très mauvaise expérience !

Pleasant hotel in a very handy location
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff and all round okay.

Cons:

My room especially the bathroom bit was really cold. I should have reported this to reception but it was late at night - I set the heating to be boosted whilst I was out and it didn’t work. I was cold even with an extra blanket on the bed.

Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était confortable et propre, le personnel très accueillant et le petit-déjeuner délicieux. J’ai passé une très bonne nuit et je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Good location but a few issues that could taint your stay.
Pros:

Location was great, although a bit of a walk to the parking

Cons:

Room was very small. There wasn’t room in the bathroom to dry yourself and the sliding door had big gaps around the edges.
There isn’t a lift. And we had the room of the 3rd floor landing which had a heavy fire door that banged through the night.
