Pros:

L’hôtel était vraiment chouette. La décoration était top et la chambre était propre, l’emplacement idéal et les équipements (literie, TV, machine à café, …) ainsi que le petit déjeuner étaient parfaits. L’ambiance de l’hôtel nous a tout de suite plongé dans un esprit cocooning et "friendly"/ familial grâce au personnel !

Cons:

Le petit point négatif est l’isolation des chambres : entre le couloir et les chambres entre elles, c’est parfait on n’entend pas un seul bruit. Par contre, les fenêtres ont parfois du mal à être fermées correctement (fenêtres sans doute "forcées" avant et donc un peu endommagées), ce qui nous laisse entendre tout ce qu’il se passe dans la rue (notre chambre était côté rue…), et comme Lille est une ville qui vit, nous avons eu un peu de mal à nous endormir ^^’

A comfortable and very reasonable stay right in the heart of the city.
Pros:

The location of this property was excellent - walking distance to the Vieux-Lille area and the main square.
The hotel beds were very comfortable but there is quite a lot of stair climbing. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The stairs were numerous but nothing you can do about that. I was bitten by mosquitoes - at least 12 bites over two days. My parents stayed on the first floor and their two-door shower screen leaked all over the floor, there weren’t any non-slip mats either. Just a few small niggles but on the whole we were very happy there.

Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment exceptionnel. L'emplacement aussi ! Le seul bémol pour nous est que nous avions la seule chambre de l'hôtel "nulle" rapport à la chasse d'eau et la salle de bains. Pour le reste, c'est vraiment un très bon hôtel. Merci au réceptionniste pour sa compréhension et le petit déjeuner qui était très bon. Nous restons très contents de cet hôtel.
Thé café en libre service, possibilité de garder les bagages, tote bag et magnet offerts...

Cons:

La porte de la salle de bains qui ne ferme pas et la chasse d'eau qui fonctionnait très mal. C'est la seule chambre qui a ce bémol dans cet hôtel.

Abszolút a belváros és könnyen elérhető innen minden, pl Szépművészeti Múzeum, Régi vaárosnegyed, ironikus terek, pályaudvarok. Finom reggeli, kényelmes ágy, hangulatos szobák.

Cons:

Kevés televízió csatorna volt. Jó lett volna kulturális és sporttal foglalkozó műsor.

Top locatie, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Graag tot de volgende keer!
Pros:

Goed gelegen hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden een kapot slot op de deur maar dat werd vrijwel direct opgelost. Parkeergarage in de buurt, wij hadden vragen hierover die direct beantwoord werden. Enorm behulpzaam personeel.
Fijn ook dat je zo laat nog kunt inchecken.

Cons:

Wij mochten onze fietsen in de garage stallen maar er waren eigenlijk geen faciliteiten voor. Ergens neerzetten dan maar maar ik had graag iets van een rek gezien waaraan wij onze fietsen kunnen vastzetten.
